"Our stay in the Zebra Interactive Room was absolutely fantastic! The staff were incredibly responsive and helpful with every request, and a special shout-out to the hotel's personal butler and the staff at the Zebra Interactive Zone! From the balcony, we could not only feed the zebras but also interact with lively ostriches. The staff in the zebra area were so kind and even helped call the zebras over for us. We also tried the Giraffe Restaurant, Lemur Restaurant, and the boat breakfast, and every single one was superb! There's a wide variety of animal interactions throughout the park, plus lots of shows and activities. The kids had an absolute blast and are already begging to come back! Looking forward to our next visit!"

"We had a wonderful stay at the NOA Resort in Aranya. The location is very convenient, especially with the shuttle buses to the Aranya Art Center, the beach and other attractions. The breakfast was delicious, with a large selection, and the staff throughout the resort were extremely friendly and helpful. The ladies at reception were especially supportive. Even when English was limited, communication worked very well with translation apps. A particularly friendly staff member wearing an “Ask Me” sign helped us with a translation app and some English. He patiently explained the shuttle-bus options, how to reach the center and how to travel back to the railway station. The hotel seems to be mainly geared towards domestic tourism, but as guests from Switzerland, we felt very welcome throughout our stay. The rooms are beautiful, very spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room. We also slept extremely well. We can highly recommend this resort and would gladly stay here again."

"Our family of four went to Yudao Island for a trip and booked the Yudao Resort Hotel for convenience. We chose the hotel's luxurious loft room (for our two kids), which was very spacious and we were very satisfied! The room was clean. Initially, there was a smell coming from the bathroom drain, but after we spoke to the front desk, it was resolved immediately. The service staff and cleaning staff were very friendly and helpful – thumbs up! 👍🏻 The hotel had a small swimming pool downstairs; the water was very clean and convenient! Mini-train shuttle: The mini-train was very convenient, and the staff were very friendly. Yudao Hot Spring Tickets: We went early in the afternoon to play more and then had the buffet on the second floor! The buffet was great! 👍🏻 Yudao Scenic Area Tickets: Personally, I think that since we paid a lot of money to stay at a resort hotel, there should be a VIP access to the attractions within the scenic area; otherwise, it's pointless!"

"After comparing various options, I chose Rushihai Resort on Qinhuangdao's Golden Coast. Before driving there, be sure to register your license plate number, otherwise you won't be allowed in. It's called a resort, but it's actually a fully-equipped vacation and leisure community. It's newly opened, brand new inside and out, and the facilities aren't fully open yet. Most of the guests at the hotel seem to be from Beijing and Tianjin. Starting this month, it should become their new favorite summer family leisure destination. On my way out, I also recommended Rushihai to my friends from my hometown in the south!"

"Rushi Hai offers excellent value for money. There's plenty for my three-year-old to enjoy, like digging in the sand by the sea, a water park, an indoor play area (naughty castle), and a large outdoor slide. For adults, there are sports activities such as tennis, paddleboarding, and swimming, though I didn't get to try them out this time since I was with my child – maybe next time! The overall environment of the resort is great, and the room was basically satisfactory. Regarding dining, this time we only tried the Town Restaurant, the Seafood Fusion Restaurant, and the Rushi Restaurant. The Rushi Restaurant had delicious food; I highly recommend it! The service exceeded my expectations! I often see complaints on Xiaohongshu about unresponsive butlers, but my butler this time was incredibly thoughtful and communication was very smooth – a big plus! There are still areas under construction at Rushi Hai, and I hope they add even more fun attractions. I'd definitely consider coming back for a short trip in the future!"

"Qinhuangdao Golden Coast Longhuayuan Seaview Hotel is located at ******************. It opened in 2015 and was renovated in 2019, offering 213 rooms. For inquiries, please call ***********************. The hotel environment is indeed great. Right across from the hotel is a beach bath, making it super convenient to play in the sea. The hotel lobby is also very spacious, and the front desk staff were excellent, even upgrading our room! The room itself was a bit compact, but having a bar counter was a nice touch. The cleanliness was good, and the facilities were pretty much all there. The food at the second-floor restaurant was also quite good, and the waitstaff were very friendly. Five stars for this one!!!"

"The Glowing Fish Fields and Animal Broadway are worth a look. However, there are just too many people, and the facilities and services can't keep up. We had to queue for over 10 minutes for the shuttle bus to check in, 30 minutes for breakfast, and 30 minutes for the boat ride. The shuttle buses mainly serve people checking in, so practically everything requires queuing. It's almost like they're trying to deter you from walking around or renting a car."

"Please read the negative reviews! Although there are only a few, they are all genuine. 1. It's true that it's unclean. The bedding was covered in hair, and the towels and bath towels looked like they'd been used for many years and were yellowed. 2. The smell of renovation is real, but it's not present on every floor. Health is paramount; if you encounter this, definitely request a different room and floor. 3. Service: The service attitude was truly terrible. The staff kept denying my complaint about the smell and repeatedly argued with me, without ever using a single insult. Then they suddenly became enraged and verbally abused and threatened me over the hotel room phone, saying things like, "Are you deaf? Come on, come down here, I'll have a proper talk with you." Afterwards, they denied it and claimed that such a large hotel didn't record the call. This is ****-style hotel service. Single travelers or women should be cautious. I will also report this to the relevant government departments. 4. The surrounding environment, as described in the comments, is truly poor. The area is surrounded by wasteland and construction sites. If you're planning a trip, I suggest doing more research beforehand. However, the hotel's response to negative reviews is an attempt to deny ever claiming it's close to Aranya, even though the first video on the hotel's homepage is a photo and video of the Aranya scenic area – it's misleading. 5. I will also report this to Ctrip. Ctrip lists this hotel as a high-end 4-star hotel, ranked 17th in Hebei Province. Ctrip's rating criteria are questionable."

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐Five stars go to Wendy, the housekeeper at Nuo'an Yuanjin Hotel! I've been to Aranya many times, and this stay at Nuo'an Yuanjin exceeded my expectations, largely thanks to Wendy's professional and meticulous service. Before we even arrived, Wendy proactively shared important information about entering the park and luggage transportation arrangements. Knowing we had large luggage, she informed us of the shuttle pick-up and drop-off points in advance. During check-in, she patiently explained all the hotel's amenities and services, clarifying anything we didn't understand. During our stay, we unexpectedly changed our plans and wanted to inquire about luggage storage and late check-out. Wendy patiently helped us check room availability and offered sound advice. When we wanted to find a quiet walking path in the park, she used her experience to plan a route for us, avoiding crowded areas. She was also very quick to respond to our daily requests for extra bottled water, disposable amenities, etc. I could tell she was very familiar with the entire Aranya park, having all sorts of information at her fingertips, and communicated with genuine warmth and friendliness. The room was well-maintained and clean, and the hotel overall was quiet and elegant. When traveling, a reliable and helpful housekeeper can save you countless troubles. Next time I visit Aranya, Nuo'an Yuanjin will be my first choice, and I'll specifically request Wendy as my housekeeper!"
