The airport pickup was efficient, I was escorted from the desk to the pickup point and only had to wait 3 minutes.The hotel was clean and quiet. The receptionist spoke English and was really helpful.

Great service by staff. She helped us to arrange a transport to the hotel at 1+am when we missed our flight and had to extend our stay in changsha. We also got to check out late, at 2pm. The stay was comfortable too!

We have a nice stay at Howard Johnson. Clean and spacious hotel room. Front counter staffs are friendly and good services rendered. And therefore we have an enjoyable stay.
If the hotel can also provide some utensils, that will be great.

Really good hotel, my brother and I were impressed by the value for the price. It was comfortable, very clean, nicely designed and the staff was professional. I recommend this hotel for anyone flying from Changsha airport.

Amazing hotel, it’s really new with a very clean rooms and good breakfast. But be careful , some rooms are bad smell with cigarettes , you need to check it! I think that staff must forbid to smoke in the rooms and give fines to the people who obey it!
