"Absolutely fantastic! I was so pleased with my stay at the Crowne Plaza Changsha City Centre. I had provided my preferences in advance, and to my delight, the pillows and amenities I requested were already in my room upon arrival. The service was incredibly responsive. The overall environment is upscale and tasteful, with spacious guest rooms and comfortable bedding. The city view from the floor-to-ceiling windows was absolutely stunning. They even upgraded me to a larger room for free, which made my stay even more comfortable. Plus, I got a complimentary late checkout, which was a very thoughtful touch. Check-in was quick, and the staff were attentive and polite. The breakfast offered a great variety of both Chinese and Western options and tasted delicious – very comprehensive! Parking was convenient too. The hotel staff are exceptionally professional, and the hotel offers great value for money. I will definitely be returning here on my next visit to Changsha!"

The gym and laundry room were very convenient, and they even proactively offered to help while drying clothes. In the evening, when I was having takeout at the restaurant, they proactively turned on the lights and brought me a bottle of water. Yi Xijuan's excellent and professional service greatly enhanced the hotel brand! Thumbs up! Good people make for good service experiences!"
