"Just a few minutes' walk to Mumaduan subway station, which makes getting around the city really convenient. The hotel also offers a free airport shuttle service, which was a huge relief for catching my flight – the driver was punctual and reliable. The room had excellent soundproofing, so I didn't hear any airplane noise at all. The bed was soft, and I had a great night's sleep."

"Overall, I'm very satisfied. I called in the afternoon in advance, and they arranged the room according to my preferences. The welcome card in the room was a thoughtful touch, and the little bear was adorable. The basic facilities were standard, with a robot, pool, gym, and smart toilet – everything a five-star hotel should have, and well-maintained. The soft services were excellent; the front desk staff was particularly gentle and kind during check-in, guiding me to the elevator and even helping me switch drinks. These small details are commendable. Plus, with summer here, the front desk even prepared popsicles, which were perfect for cooling down. The fridge magnets next to them were also very nicely designed and unique."
