非常滿意的一次入住體驗！因為這次出行帶着長者，特意提前致電酒店，説明瞭希望安排一個安靜、離電梯口稍近些的房間。接電話的前台員工非常耐心，仔細記錄了我的需求，並表示會盡力協調。
令人驚喜的是，辦理入住時，前台小姐姐一下就認出了我的預訂訊息，微笑着告知我們：“已經按照您的要求給您準備好了，還給您房間做了一個升級。” 房間不僅完全符合我的要求，安靜且位置方便，而且還意外地升級到了一個視野極佳的景觀房，窗外的城景非常漂亮。

從走進大堂的那一刻起，感覺到了酒店的香氣，整體體驗非常不錯，住店期間有賓客關係主任全程跟進，給我推薦了長沙的吃喝玩樂和滴滴打車的五折券，非常划算，整體體驗下來無微不至的照顧讓我覺得非常滿意。
前台接待非常禮貌，介紹的也很詳細，辦理入住方便快捷，直接房間升級，安排的高樓層房間，我很喜歡。

非常驚喜滿意的一次入住！酒店雖然不在市中心但是離機場很近，很適合選擇作為來長沙旅遊的第一站。
提前一天就有賓客關係主任打電話瞭解房間需求，並告知酒店具體位置，還分享了優惠打車券，非常熱情。前台辦理入住的時候小姐姐還貼心給我們安排了頂樓的房間，兩面落地窗的視野很不錯。酒店的私隱保護做的很好，需要刷房卡才能上樓層，樓梯間的衞生也很乾凈整潔，電梯數量也很多，幾乎不用怎麼等電梯。
打開門就有被驚喜到，雖然衹是隨口提了一嘴明天生日，卻沒想到收到了客房人員的精心佈置，尤其是那衹小象，太可愛了！然後就是賓客關係主任超有心的生日賀卡和甜品，儀式感滿滿。生活就是需要小驚喜。太感謝了！
