Our second stay in Changsha in ths hotel. First stay was 2 nights and our second stay was 3 nights. Great location, clean, tidy and spacious. They have the staffs that are very friendly, helpful and thoughtful. Good and delicious Chinese and Western buffet breakfast. Highly recommended to stay here. Will definitely stay here again in the future. Just love this place.....

The two things I especially liked about this hotel were 1. The design, which was very classy. I especially liked the little touches around the room like small flower vases, and 2. The attentive service, especially from Wenwen and Tang tang. Even though we had to use a translation app to communicate they were extremely patient and kind!
We would definitely love to return to this hotel.
Two small changes I would make. 1. Afternoon tea served in plastic cups, no need for plastic 2. The room doesn't really have a lake view so I would change the description.

Great little hotel . Room is clean with a nice shower. Staff is friendly and welcoming even with me coming in late at night for check in and later check out. Location is great if you want to be in the center of the city and have tons of things to see. Nearby to the food and walking streets . Malls a few minutes walk away for shopping if that is your thing. Will stay again.

Great room interior and clean too. Amenities are very well equipped (can request for additional amenities such as cleansing oil and hand warmer etc.). Location is great too, near major spots but not too noisy. Service is great, felt so welcomed and taken care of! Will definitely recommend to others. There’s 2 lift serving too, didn’t have to wait very long for it.

酒店位置好，出行遊方便快捷，近地鐵口，從酒吧可以步行走橋面直接到橘子洲頭遊玩，還可以很快捷到周邊各景點遊玩，酒店一共分三層，大堂和早餐都在7樓，5層和6層是酒店客房，一樓出入口與其他服務行業共用一樓大廳，入住酒店先坐電梯到7樓辦理手續，有了房卡才能到5和6樓客房，早餐還可以，比不上五星級酒店，但比一般便捷式酒店早餐好點。晚上還可以在7樓坐坐喝喝茶，聊聊天賞風景吹吹風聽聽音樂，酒店裝修很好，用品如牙刷，拖鞋，電吹風等都是高品質的。馬桶為智能型。房間裏配有小冰箱，房間的智能語音還可以，普通話不好的，還是建議用手動操作開關調控。晚上吃飯在酒店這條街都有好多選擇的地方吃飯，很方便走幾步就可以到達，去商場（萬達商圈）購買東西也近。唯一不足的是酒店7樓的小童游泳池很小，水很淺，衹適合小朋友們玩水，游泳池隔音不好，住在下面的608，609和610房，到了晚上11點還有小朋友玩水，很吵鬧，影響休息和心情，建議夏天入住不要選擇這3間房間住，真的很吵。總體性價比高，推薦去長沙玩入住該酒店為首選。

Very nice boutique hotel, beautiful and clean room, great location in a quiet and trendy neighborhood within the city center, with nice and fun live music bars near the hotel. Good breakfast and fabulous staff service, thanks to 小梦 & 汤汤 and also the A+ breakfast team ^^
