老闆人很好，非常細心，一共入住兩天，很貼心的為我們準備6份生活用品，少了的拖鞋牙刷半夜也給我們送過來了。
第一次和店家有這麼多溝通，非常nice，玩的很開心，5個朋友擲骰子選房間，旅行非常愉快。
朋友的拖鞋眼鏡落在酒店，店家也很貼心的給我們寄了快遞，非常操心。感謝店家，體驗感超好，下次還來這家。
還有一個優點是地理位置很好，樓下墨墨點心局和茶顏不用排隊，離五一廣場超級近，又不擠。旁邊的老夥計7個菜163元，物美價廉。
住在這裏吃的好，睡得好，玩兒的開心🥳

長沙 袁家嶺地鐵口 超哇塞民宿推薦 出差來長沙玩5天，每天住一家不同風格的民宿，雖然一直在換晚上的住處，但還是很開心！主要選地理位置在五一廣場附近，方便我岀去玩，當然最重要的是真實入住體驗，竟然跟照片一模一樣，我以為都是效果圖呢，全景落地窗，高層很安靜，睡得很舒服，樓下就是地鐵口，還可以一邊泡茶一邊欣賞長沙的夜景

這家民宿，不論是裝修風格、設施還是服務，都要給個大大的贊，住了那麼多年，這家讓我非常滿意。服務很到位專業！房東小姐姐態度友善認真負責不錯！房間進去很好，寬敞明亮，重點是乾淨！床都是1.8的，並且床墊都是帶厚乳膠的，被子睡着很舒服柔軟。WIFI也很給力，投影儀樓上和樓下都有，看視頻都很流暢，想在客廳或卧室都可以看，累了還可以坐在茶室喝茶聊天看看夜晚的城市風景。這樣的環境給了我一晚精緻睡眠，值得推薦的民宿！

離五一廣場、黃興路步行街、國金IFS很近，房間環境衞生好，房間的隔音也好，我那麼淺睡的人都可以睡得舒服，並且浴室淋浴出水快，布草乾淨柔軟很好。房東小姐姐的服務態度非常好，有什麼問題直接打電話給房東小姐姐，她會很快速地解決你的問題，辦事效率高，非常滿意！！！！推薦入住，下次再來！[強]

網上看到位置不錯，看照片有電磁爐，就打電話諮詢房東能否自己煮東西吃，回覆是可以的，衹提供一個小鍋，其它都沒有，四點多到房間還沒搞好衞，在等阿姨搞好才入住，房間原來沒有暖氣的，衹提供一台小型電暖氣，整個房間都冰冷冰冷的，打電話給房東想多要一張被子，回覆是要多加50元的，沒辦法，晚上睡覺實在太冷了，衹好答應給錢，更搞笑的是洗衣機和冰箱衹有一個電插座，衹可以用一個，真不知道是房東故意的還是這棟大廈設計公司的傑作，房間危機四伏，一不小心就撞頭，連住了三天，最後一天還撞了個頭破血流，但趕飛機沒辦法投訴了，後來房東還想拿十塊錢讓我寫好評！看到就來氣，還缺這點錢嗎?衷心提醒大家注意民宿陷阱…

地理環境優越，樓下就是地鐵站，裝修很新，很整潔的房間，
衞生：我們到房間門口發現地上全是還沒丟的垃圾，房間沙發上還有毛髮
環境：有股淡淡的甲醛味道的感覺
設施：不知是不是房間太多，電壓不穩定，熱水器經常跳閘，這點很難受，
