The hotel was VERY modern and really comfortable. The staff was insanely helpfull and very kind. The only downside was that it was maybe a bit too far from the center of Changsha. Would recommend to annyone going to Changsha.

Staff is really nice and helpful. All very young people who don’t speak English at all but that are willing to immediately use translation apps to communicate with foreign guests! One of them even came to our room to set up an English movie on the TV as we could not understand how to!
The property is obviously quite new as some services are not “up to the standards”. The pool was closing at 6pm so way too early for us to enjoy it, and there was NO COFFEE nor tea served during breakfast time…also the food selection was a bit poor and quality was very low. However, the free laundry service is a great plus! Location is a bit inconvenient in terms of places where to eat after 8pm but in 15-20 mins by taxi the main turistic spots can be reached!

Lots of Construction in the area along with some seedy businesses. One wing of the hotel is being gutted so noisy during the day. Pool wasn’t open. The location by the river is nice and convenient. The rooms were spotless and furnishings are new. I imagine that in a year or two the hotel will be outstanding. The customer service at the hotel is fantastic.

湘江邊今年新開的一家獨棟別墅酒店，步行到江邊5分鐘內，房間裝修風格屬於簡約輕奢的一個風格，設施設備也很齊全，配有泳池，健身房，書吧，咖啡廳，早餐廳等，開車過來停車很方便，有室內停車場以及室外的充電停車場，簡直不要太方便，非常不錯的一家酒店。

衞生環境服務都很棒 就是早餐實在太差 打着牛排自助的幌子 用着合成牛肉 水果不新鮮 小甜點滿口添加劑的味道 菜品都是涼的 第一次在平台給差評 因為我跟先生吃完 拉了一天肚子
