前台服務不錯，有地下停車場，智能開關窗簾，送了迎賓水果，自助早餐有先煮湯麪或湯粉，也有現磨咖啡。
缺點：衞生間水壓過大，馬桶上水直接濺到人的下半身，前台安排保潔人員調試後依然未解決。洗手池在入門處，夜裡聲音過大影響休息。半夜走到一直有客房門未關好的報警聲無人主動解決，直到早上五點才停止鳴叫，吵得人一夜無法踏實入睡。
