房間衞生極差，床單上面還有頭髮，打電話給前台處理問題，話都沒説完，前台冷漠的就掛掉的電話，然後廁所的排插開關也是壞的，吹風機漏電，壓根就不敢用，房間放了四個枕頭，最下面的那兩個枕頭是臟的懷疑壓根沒換過，和朋友一起來住，聽朋友推薦選擇這家店，結果情況很糟糕，環境衞生設施很差，不值這個價，避雷，凌晨大晚上還有狗叫，辦理入住時，明明是定含帶早餐的，並沒有給早餐卷給我們，前台冷漠都在那裡玩手機，入住這麼多酒店以來最噁心的

衞生：住過那麼多酒店。實在是很差。馬桶上全是尿漬
環境：給我們開了三樓，窗户看出去就是個還沒開發的地方
服務：讓上來搞衞生説阿姨下班了，説隨便掃一下就行，搞得不情不願的。後面發現馬桶那麼臟都自己搞了。訂的房間含早餐也沒把早餐券給我們。雖然我們來不及吃但這服務真的讓人很不舒服

性價比超高，離長沙南站僅一站，出平陽地鐵站1號出口步行幾分鐘就到酒店，前台服務態度好，房間整潔，早餐乾淨衞生，特別推薦有高鐵中轉的需求者入住

房間是柔和的色彩氛圍，非常温暖親切，智慧聲控系統，設備和床鋪都非常好。周邊配套設施齊全，美食很多。離地鐵非常近，才不到200米，太方便了。

下樓就是地鐵口，交通十分方便，旁邊200米左右還有個大型商場，吃飯購物也方便，酒店設定齊全，晚上很安靜，服務人員也很熱情
