房間比較大。挨着過江大橋連接的高架路邊。因此部分房間可能會比較吵。怕吵的話訂園景房，樓層有17層，餐廳在14樓。與社區共用地下停車場。退房時需要到前台拿停車票。4樓有餐廳，1樓也有一個小餐廳。附近沒發現有大型商場。離地質館，文化館，科技館等距離不遠（幾公里範圍內）
