1、住客素質低下，當心行李物品丟失！
住的人素質是真的沒話説，鋪好的被子都偷！東西都放在床上呢，床簾拉得好好的，才出去一個小時不到，一回來，下鋪被子沒了！上鋪被子被弄亂了！上下床簾被拉開了！下鋪床上還有用過的紙巾！！！
後面知道是誰了，老闆還和稀泥説對方第一次住青旅不懂，説對方以為沒有人睡！説床簾是被風吹開的！
明明都在這長住了，不知道那兩個床什麼樣嗎？床上還有東西就以為沒人？！
2、睡眠不沉者別來！！！
晚上十一點，有人大聲説話！
凌晨一點半，還有人動塑料袋子、手機外放！
外面步行街超級吵，關了窗都很大聲！
3、旅行者洗漱用品包括拖鞋自備！
這裏“不”提供紙巾、拖鞋、一次性毛巾、牙刷、牙膏等用品，所有都自備，包括床單被套需要自行更換！
4、衞生情況堪憂！
床墊上好大一層灰，尤其下鋪特別多粉塵，床單被套也是陰乾，曬不到太陽，蓋在身上特別癢！

大家別去，沒有空調，長沙這麼熱沒空調怎麼過，讓我定其他房間，結果還來句空調晚上8點到早上8點開放。這睡到中午才起的更本受不了，我沒住在附近找了個30元的24小時開放，免費。環境還比他家好。因為進客廳一羣男的在哪裡吸煙，客廳烏煙瘴氣，桌子地上全是東西。給我第一反應就是臟亂差。

#床上用品乾淨整潔 #房間乾淨舒服 20塊是沒有空調的25塊是有空調的，空調是晚上九點固定時間開，管理員每天都打掃衞生，房間很乾凈沒有異味沒有蚊子，25一晚上很便宜了而且在五一廣場和黃興廣場附近，謝謝老闆為旅客提供便利，祝生意興隆！

就在坡子街派出所旁邊，交通方便，但樓層有點低，樓下有個酒吧挺吵的，因為平台上面寫着11樓，但實際是在6樓，當時我提着大包小包到了11樓之後給老闆打電話告知在6樓之後火急火燎的下去，到了門口之後老闆要發身份證，我説晚點，現在不是很方便，因為當時東西很多，且身份證在包裏也沒法拿出來，想着先進去之後在發給他，結果老闆以為是有其他情況，問我什麼情況，語氣和問的問題聽起來不太舒服

優點:市中心位置，房子空間大，晾衣服的地方超過99%的青旅了，但是，首先電梯難等，兩部電梯都非常慢，而且衹有其中一部能上6樓，另一部到去5或7樓再走樓梯，其次就是門也難關，要是進去還好，按開關就可以了，但是出門的話就不好關了，其次就是8人間的簾子也不太好，最最最主要的是這裏一次性牙刷，洗髮水沐浴露什麼的全都沒的，樓下還一個酒吧，避免不了吵
