There are the standards for 5 stars hotel and I can surely say that this hotel doesn’t meet the requirements to be called “5 stars”. The room is clean yet I’m constantly finding hair on the floor, no bathrobes/hair conditioner/body lotion, the breakfast doesn’t have much options, the front desk’s staff don’t speak English. The gym is amazing, but apparently they also invite people who don’t stay at the hotel to come and pay so it’s incredibly busy, I’m not really excited to go to such a busy gym again. I’d not complain if the hotel was 3/4 stars, but for 5 it’s bad

Comfortable clean and cosey rooms, with a great room-service and pleasant staff. Some speak English but that doesn't matter. I wish the swimming pool has not been shared with a gym. That was somehow missing If I wanted to have a perfect stay-con!

Sincere review: During the May Day holiday in 24 years, my family and I came to Changsha for the first time. I found this Yannian Yijing Hotel on Ctrip. The hotel has complete facilities and the environment is first-class among the hotels I have stayed in. The breakfast is delicious and the service is super good (a little story is omitted here). Special thanks to the hotel front desk "Xiao Qiong". Thank you Changsha Yannian Yijing Hotel for giving us a pleasant and unforgettable trip to Changsha! I will come again if I have the chance!

The hotel environment is very good, the room is big enough, and the staff's service is very meticulous. This time I came for tourism. The staff saw that I brought children and prepared small toys thoughtfully. There were also goodnight snacks in the evening. It is highly recommended

Hygiene: The bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas, and there is a large bathtub. The waiter cleans it promptly and cleanly every day. There are many choices of sheets, quilts and pillows, which are very comfortable. The mattress is moderately soft and hard, and it is good for rest. Facilities: Sofas, recliners, and desks are available to meet various needs, such as playing cards, working, and leisure. There is a swimming pool on the fourth floor, and I swam there once. Service: The breakfast buffet has a rich variety, and the time is until 11 o'clock. Various meals are replenished in time. There are good night porridge, small gifts, and milk for free, which is very considerate.

I stayed in two different room types for two nights and was very satisfied with them. The facilities are complete, clean and tidy, the service is quite good, and it is awesome. I can check out late at 2 o'clock, which is really good. The breakfast is very rich, the soy milk is delicious, and parking is convenient. I was not satisfied with the king-size bed room I booked on the first night because the wash basin in the bathroom shower was exposed and very noisy, and it was even noisier because it was close to the road. Of course, this is a design problem of the hotel. The twin room I changed to the next day was much better and quieter, with real dry and wet separation. Service: The service of the front desk and the aunt was very good, and they were more patient to answer customers' questions. The cleaning aunt sent desserts for two consecutive nights and wrote a small note, which was very heartwarming. The only thing is that the hotel shows that it is a five-star hotel, but it is not up to the five-star standard. The details are reflected, there is no aromatherapy, conditioner, body lotion, etc. Overall, I am satisfied! Location: Although it is in Yuelu District, a little far from the city center, there is a subway station at the entrance of the hotel, and the transportation is very convenient, but there are more standings. Meals: Although there are not many types of buffets, there are basically Chinese and Western meals. Milk and soy milk are delicious, and the soup noodles are a bit lumpy. Everything else is ok, and the food is relatively fresh. Parking: The underground garage of the hotel is the parking lot, with many spaces, free, and no need to drive when traveling. Hygiene: I am satisfied with the hygiene, at least I can't see any dirt with the naked eye.

During the Chinese New Year, I came to Changsha. This hotel is very cost-effective. After all, the environment and facilities in the hotel are very good. I saw others say that Yannian is a local hotel brand in Changsha. There are many stores in Changsha. This one is cheaper because of its geographical location. The advantage is that there is a subway station downstairs, so you can hang out until late and come back. The disadvantage is that there is nothing to visit around the hotel, no shops or businesses. It is just right to come back and sleep after eating and drinking enough. However, the hotel is really high-end and has a four-star rating. When we checked in, I asked for a quiet room, so the staff arranged it for me on the 25th floor. The room window faces the road, but there is no outside during the Chinese New Year. I stayed for one night, but I thought the hotel was so good, so I extended it for another night. The bug on the second night was that the floor was too high, and there was a strong wind at night, which was noisy. The hotel has self-service laundry on the 12th floor, which is good and suitable for people like us who have been out for a long time. The hotel breakfast is relatively rich. The disadvantage is that there are too many people, the table is not cleared in time, and the dishes are piled on the table. People have no place to sit with plates, so I didn’t go to eat breakfast the next day, but I swiped my card and packed a portion for the children to eat on the way. This hotel room is really good, and parking is also very convenient, with no limit on the number of times. Tell the front desk before going out. I think the ground parking space is more convenient. The mattress is very comfortable, the bedding is very clean, and the service attitude of the front desk staff is very good👍

We arrived late and the room we originally booked was sold out, so we upgraded to a duplex suite. However, my foot was injured that day and I couldn't land, but the hotel didn't take any measures or apologize. My partner had to carry me up and down that night. This kind of service consciousness is really not worthy of running a hotel!
