酒店就在一個十字路口，招牌比較打眼，大老遠就看到了，通行也是很方便，這是第一次住維納斯，才知道跟維也納是一個品牌的，房間應該是梅溪湖這周邊最大的一個酒店了，因為跟朋友出來玩，想着幾個人一起擠擠，但是我們幾個人一起睡着一點也不覺得擁擠，然後再説下房間的小度，還算比較智能，我都想買個回家，想要聽音樂就聽音樂，想要他開空調就開空調。對於我這種懶人就是福音，哈哈哈。推薦推薦

如圖所説，入住的時候發現床底下有一衹拖鞋，大概是之前客人留下的，應該是打掃時沒看到。房間比較寬敞，三個人住一間綽綽有餘。設備整體來説還是比較齊全的，但是可能是裝修了有一段時間吧，還是因為什麼原因，感覺就是不是很新。房間很安靜。床挺軟的。
前台服務還算是不錯，遇到了幾個問題去問都能很快回應。
酒店雖然配備了洗衣機，然後洗衣機是洗烘一體的。但是這個洗衣機的操作比較繁瑣，洗完後，烘乾了差不多四五十分鐘吧，然後上去要取衣服。洗衣機打不開。用手機掃描洗衣機上的二維碼看説明，發現是温度要降到55度以下它才能解鎖。然後後面打電話問前台，才知道可以手動解鎖。洗衣房是沒有標註提醒這一點的。然後洗衣機的烘乾效果特別不好，雖然説烘乾的温度很高，但是還是濕的，有一件衣服的印花還脱落了，那一堆衣服幸好衹有那一件有印花，不然衣服都壞了。
昨天因為去五一廣場那邊逛了一會兒，所以回來的比較晚，然後因為沒有送洗服務，洗完烘完衣服都已經很晚了。所以隔天比較晚起床去吃早餐，發現餐廳都沒什麼東西了。但實際上也沒有説很晚，是9點多一點到餐廳的，這個點吃早餐不也算是正常嗎我請問呢？我昨天三點多才睡。然後給餐廳工作人員反映沒東西吃。他説菜還在炒。那麼這邊就要再説一點，就是補菜慢。三個人都快吃完了，他才上了一份炒高麗菜和炒腐竹。這是不太好的居住體驗

房間乾淨，衞生整潔，本來是定的大床房，臨時有特殊情況，前台小姐姐幫忙協調更換了一個雙人間，床也挺大的，沒有什麼異味，位置好找，房間還是智能語音的，很方便，性價比高，下次還會選擇他們家
