房間靠近馬路，底下是停車場，很遲都有人説話和車輛進出的聲音。
房間門下方空隙很大，也不隔音，一直都能聽到過道説話和敲門聲。
房間隔音也很差，水流聲，腳步聲都非常清晰。
從房間格局來看，非常小，床鋪離牆面的距離很近，走路不方便。而且房間四周都是鏡子，大大小小的鏡子非常奇怪！

前台小姐姐很熱情，入住時送了新鮮的水果，還告訴我們晚上餓了打前台電話可以送貼心宵夜，是長沙的特色豬油拌粉，味道很好，酒店的早餐種類也很豐富。
最值得一提的是，退房的時候身份證忘記拿了，這家酒店是提供高鐵接送服務的，但是我到了高鐵站才發現，後面趕緊給前台打電話，酒店找到後第一時間聯繫我，因為趕時間，所以衹能麻煩酒店再跑一趟把身份證送過來，全程能感覺到無論是司機師傅還是酒店前台都特別有耐心，真的非常感謝，所以本次的入住體驗非常好，值得好評。

這家酒店性價比超高，價格親民但服務不打折。房間乾淨整潔，床鋪柔軟舒適。值得一提的是衣服務，洗完的衣服也疊的整整齊齊特別真貼心。員工態度友好，樂於助人。在這裏住宿，真的是一種享受!

五一節假日去的，因為和家人帶着3個孩子，就選擇了親子房，主要為了小帳篷，果不其然，3個孩子就一直心心念念酒店的小帳篷，都不肯出門…還有超出預期的是，有配置2雙小童拖鞋，2雙小童牙刷，還分了男孩女孩的顏色，很好區分，浴室的浴缸也讓娃兒特別滿意，前台還免費贈送了一次性浴缸套，總之體驗很好，酒店還送了接送高鐵站服務，非常貼心，感覺對親子出行很友好，價格對比五一其他時間，也是很nice了
