環境非常不錯，是來長沙旅遊訂的最舒適的一家酒店了，而且離文和友也超級近！來長沙旅遊的朋友可以考慮這家，而且前台還會下來接，態度非常好！

選擇這家酒店的原因是第一眼被酒店名字吸引到了。來到酒店前台小姐姐非常熱情😆，服務很周到，退房時還可以寄存行李到前台 。前台24小時微信都有人回覆，上電梯需要刷卡這點挺好的 ，酒店環境舒適整潔 佈局挺好 地理位置更不用説啦 樓下各類齊全 文和友就在樓後面😆

熱水器使用效果太差，需要提前加熱，而且要很長時間，想馬上洗澡是不可能，就算加熱了洗一會兒温度又會下來，我洗到一半熱水都沒了，身上全是泡沫，冷在那裡。找客服微信客服説你沒看到入住提示嗎，我也是醉了，微信上發個入住提示給我，送看啊。產品上寫24小時熱水都是騙人的，我一個小時都沒洗上熱水澡，都是攜程這邊在撫慰我，真的不建議住。體驗太差，99旅館都有24小時熱水呢。但是周邊很便利，性價比高，要性價比的朋友可以住

地理位置很不錯，就在海信廣場後面，旁邊就是君悦酒店，用房卡開門和上電梯，安全感滿滿，就是收外賣不方便，不能送上樓。房間面積大，也很安靜。
