親子房空間略小，兩個大行李箱略顯侷促。但勝在服務很有心，24小時管家服務，前台小姐姐熱心周到，好評。我們退房的時候還給送了退房禮。

前台很年輕，服務很熱情。到的很晚，沒有停車位了，停在對面還給報銷了停車費。酒店管家很周到。酒店位置不錯挺好找，對面就是希爾頓。他家寵物友好很棒。遺憾房間有點小，三個人加狗感覺轉不過來。早餐還可以。沒有拍照，上一張長沙街頭羊駝照吧

很少會在攜程推薦的酒店上給差評。但這家酒店真的很差很差，不值這個價格，服務也不好。酒店房間內的空間真的很窄，而且我訂的正常標間，酒店前台跟我説給我免費升級，然後給我升級了一間床頭頭頂吊著一個投影儀的，相當於晚上睡覺頭頂上吊塊磚頭一樣，房間內空間兩個人轉身都難，還有房間內的味道巨難聞。反饋了給酒店前台，然後説給我換回普通房，換過去一看，比給我升級的好。寬敞很多，換回來的房間才是真正正常的房間，但是……洗手間打開門還是一股惡臭，散好久才散味。出來連續出差10幾天了，這個酒店是最差的。不是太晚了，真一刻也不想待。
但是值得慶幸的是，攜程的服務真的很好。客服人員合情合理的幫解決了問題，所以預訂酒店還是選攜程的，沒有十全十美的好，但是出現問題馬上幫解決，服務好的真的話説，

蒼蠅驚魂夜，
複數蒼蠅飛到我的雙層吉士漢堡上拉屎
睡覺也會飛到身上
隔音太差，大早上好像睡在大馬路上，各種汽車聲音，再加外面打掃的阿姨嗓門巨大，吸地毯聲音在環繞。。
房間太擁擠！第一次行李箱想要去淋浴室展開
前台人員沒有眼力見，看見行李太多也不會伸手意識拿一下！
酒店的好評都是退房送禮索要來的，一點也不真實！令人作嘔
