特別好的旅遊體驗，總機lucky和nova、fay有要求跟他們説就好。環境、感受都挺好的。早餐豐富不過有些麪包感覺一般，餐廳服務也都挺好的。酒店還送了SPA按摩券，方便客人累了去緩解一下，環境也很好的。

很感謝Aiden哥，遇到的房間窗邊可能是鋼骨架的問題吧，稍有一點味道，聞起來讓人不是很舒服有點難受，其實開了空調吹一會兒也就差不多好了，沒有很誇張的問題。向工作人員反映後Aiden哥也是第一時間來協助我解決問題，幫我升級了房間。Aiden哥工作水準真的很高，十分推薦！！！

國慶期間臨時決定帶孩子到長沙玩，在眾多酒店中選擇了萬豪，事實證明我的選擇沒有錯！酒店前台在入住之前提前聯繫我確認對房間的要求，並且按照我的要求都一一安排到位；管家Kevin的照顧很貼心，微信提前告知長沙的天氣、旅遊景點和交通，有事聯繫他也能很快解決；房間有多種枕頭供選擇，有我和孩子喜歡的乳膠枕和記憶枕，睡得很舒服；健身房和泳池環境很好，泳池還有水下潛水器可租，孩子玩的很開心；入住期間正好孩子生日，酒店還準備了可愛的小蛋糕、花花給孩子慶祝，很棒！

酒店房間比較新，乾淨衞生，地理位置比較好，距市中心的主要遊覽區都比較近，在5-10公里以內，賓客關係管家Einan服務很好，特別表揚。美中不足之處在早餐一般，品種不算豐富，而且十一期間好像服務員不太夠用，有時候喊半天沒人迴應。

酒店比較新，設施及房間設計滿意。枕頭有點軟，前半晚沒睡好，後面兩個枕頭疊起來才好一些。
服務：幫我辦入住的戴眼鏡女前台不是很靈活，希望酒店能充分考慮客人的入住感受，條件允許的情況下儘量滿足。服務是讓客人下次還能選擇你們的首要條件。
早餐時段行政酒廊不開放，這是其他酒店不存在的問題，希望酒店可以給行政房客人單獨用餐空間，尤其是十一這種長假期間，三樓的餐廳人實在是太多了。
另外我住的這間房之前應該是結婚用過，門上的喜字還沒有撕掉🙂並且地毯踩的有點臟。這些細節能反映出很多問題，比如房間整理完有沒有負責人檢查？檢查是否到位？
