I recently stayed at Fungee x Hotel Wuyi Sq had a fantastic experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming, professional, and attentive to every need. The room was spotless, modern with big projector screen, and very comfortable. They even provide free door to door laundry services.

The location is incredibly convenient, being close to both popular attractions and shopping malls. The room was quiet, and the bed was so comfortable that even I, a light sleeper, had no trouble sleeping soundly. They also offer a luggage delivery service to the airport, which is incredibly helpful if you have afternoon plans. I stayed in Changsha for two days during a layover, and my overall impression of both the dining and the accommodation was excellent.

This hotel lobby not at ground floor . Lobby at level 7. Have a very nice Zen feel . Breakfast from hotel is simple type .. at their lobby have a mini swimming pool . Can see around high rise building . Didn’t try the swimming pool as I not too sure the pool have clean up often maybe I go is a bit cold weather. The pool seat sofa can see a lot of mod don’t think got wash or replace just leave it there day n night . Put aside the swimming pool , the overall stay at this hotel is great . Give a clean, friendly and peace feeling staying at here . Room inside is spacious enough. Wuyi square just about 10min walk away so no much issue then staying too near the mall area will be too noisy .

On a business trip to Changsha, I stayed at this hotel following a colleague's recommendation, and the experience far exceeded my expectations. The front desk service on the ground floor was incredibly welcoming; the lady spoke softly and had such a kind and thoughtful attitude. She even proactively upgraded me to a river-view king room. The room was spacious and well-appointed with every amenity. Not only did it feature a bathtub and bathrobes, but an iron was thoughtfully provided, which perfectly addressed my immediate need to press my clothes and shirts. The bedding, too, was a delightful surprise; the mattress offered the perfect balance of firmness, and the duvet and sheets were incredibly soft and skin-friendly. I felt all my fatigue melt away the moment I lay down, leading to exceptionally sound and peaceful sleep throughout my stay. The highlight, however, was definitely the room's stunning view – opening the window revealed a panoramic vista of Orange Isle and the majestic Xiang River unfolding right before my eyes. Especially at dusk, as the golden hues of the setting sun streamed into the room, the spectacular evening glow over the river was on full display. That moment of tranquility and comfort truly allowed me to completely unwind, both physically and mentally.

We booked a family suite with twin beds, which included one bedroom and a living room. The environment was excellent – quiet, comfortable, and without any strange odors. It even had a bathtub, and having two bathrooms was incredibly convenient. The cleanliness was impeccable. The staff at the front desk were exceptionally welcoming. Card access is required to use the elevators, which made us feel very secure. We also enjoyed a beautiful night view of the Ferris wheel from our room. When we checked out, they thoughtfully offered us water for our journey. The only slight downside is that the location isn't as convenient for transportation as staying right by Wuyi Square, but this also means it's wonderfully quiet.

I recently checked in during the early hours around 12+ a.m. after booking through Trip.com. Upon entering the room, I was not informed it was a smoking room, and unfortunately, the smell was extremely unpleasant, especially after turning on the air-conditioning which seemed to circulate the stale smoke. This experience was disappointing and unacceptable, especially since there was no prior notice during the booking or at check-in. For health and comfort reasons, I would have never agreed to a smoking room. Please ensure that all customers are clearly informed in advance if they are being assigned a smoking room. Transparency on this matter is essential, especially during late-night check-ins when options to change rooms may be limited. I hope you will take this feedback seriously and review your procedures to avoid similar experiences for future guests.

The hotel is excellent, featuring floor-to-ceiling windows in all rooms, and its location is incredibly easy to find. It's conveniently situated right by Chaozong Street and some renowned snack/pastry shops, making dining very convenient. The warm lighting in the room ensured a peaceful sleep. Opening the window, you're treated to beautiful street views, which was truly delightful. The toiletries were also fragrant and moisturizing, and they even provide Dyson hair dryers. Plus, there are complimentary snacks!

Excellent as always! This is my go-to hotel every time I visit Changsha. The hotel boasts a convenient location, immaculately clean rooms, and wonderfully soft, comfortable bedding. The service is truly exceptional. From the warm and thoughtful check-in process at the front desk to the swift response to any requests during our stay, the staff consistently exhibits a high level of professionalism that leaves you feeling genuinely well-cared for. Furthermore, the pricing is very reasonable, offering outstanding value for money and clearly setting it apart from other hotels in the same price bracket. I sincerely hope this high quality of service continues!

Amazing service and warm welcome. Everything was provided with attention and customer attention. Meals offered were of great quality and variety. The district is also lovely with iconic places, great food and local stores very friendly or typical. The personel just did everything to make the stay perfect. I could not thank them enough for their hospitality. Package was exceptional as well and I was nicely surprised by the offered services. Warmly recommended and hope I will have the chance to come again. 2 things to note, the street has a lot of animation so can be noisy sometimes, and people are driving on motorbike in not a very safe way.

The hotel is conveniently located right at Wuyi Square Subway Exit 1, making it incredibly easy to access any attraction via the metro. This location alone is a huge advantage over many other hotels. The front desk is on the fourth floor, and check-in was reasonably smooth. Each room comes with one key card, but you can request an additional power card. During the scorching summer, it was incredibly comfortable to return to a cool, air-conditioned room after being out. However, having stayed for three consecutive days, the cleanliness was truly disappointing. There were a few small moths in the room, and uncleaned hair was left in the shower. Even after I reported it and they sent someone to clean, it unfortunately still wasn't thoroughly done. I didn't want to make a fuss, but I genuinely hope the hotel takes this issue seriously.
