Hotel location is great, its right on the city walk. a few steps from the metro station and all the city-walk has to offer. lots of crowd right out side the hotel door steps. The room the hotel assigned me was in a split level between the lobby/bar and the roof top. there are overhead beam in the hallway leading to my room which was uncomfortable to walk through. you have to cringe down in case you head your head. Room is a good comfortable size and updated but a bit noisy. The breakfast was included in my rate but it wasn't good. I stayed for two nights and on the last day prior to check out there was a lady doing live-stream in the lobby. which I think it's inappropriate because it's affecting the hotel guest's privacy, something the hotel manager should take a note about.

Easy to find. Great location. Near to various shopping and eateria. They also upgraded our room for free. The room is very clean and nice view. The service from the counter/information also very good. Breakfast also good. They also provide free luggage delivery to the airport. We regreat that we didn't book for more nights till the day departing to the airport.

This hotel may be small, but it truly offers warmth and comfort. In fact, it has a unique style that sets it apart from other hotels. Even though it's just a small establishment, you can sense a significant difference; the interior is clean, and the staff is very friendly. The front desk girls, 小梦 and 瑶瑶, are especially helpful. The location of this hotel is also quite convenient, as there are many restaurants nearby. I had an amazing trip here, and I will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends.

There is really nothing wrong with this hotel. Everyone who comes to Changsha should stay here! It is 50 meters away from Huangxing Square No. 1 subway station, surrounded by business districts, and can be reached by foot or subway. I am a person who is very sensitive to noise. Although this Atour is in the downtown area, it has installed two layers of soundproof glass and soundproof cotton in the room. Except for the sound that can be transmitted through the door, other sounds are basically inaudible. I am very satisfied. In addition, the hotel facilities are also very new. Although it is not a building block room, it still has free refrigerator snacks and drinks, and also provides travel guides, which is very practical.

Wonderful experience!  I highly recommend this hotel. The room was clean, spacious and modern. Everything worked well and it was a pleasure to return to every evening. The breakfast and evening porridge were outstanding and varied.  The staff graciously helped us arrange an upgrade.  They checked in with us frequently, and were polite helpful and considerate.  They really made our comfort and experience a high priority. This all added up to a fantastic hotel stay and we plan to happily return during our next trip to Changsha.

I don’t usually leave reviews but the stay at Yeenjoy was the best hotel experience I have ever had. The hotel stay came with so many extra perks (tea ceremony, coffee, icecream, beer) and the room was immaculate and very comfortable to stay in. We even got upgraded into a larger room when the staff saw our bags and decided they looked big. I would recommend Yeenjoy Hotel to anyone travelling to Changsha

The services are very good. Jack Ma & Rover are very good help. The location is good. near changsha railway station. Unfortunately, my time here in Changsha is all raining. My plan to go to Taiping street is ruined because there is a blockade of street.

Very nice stay, no photos taken. First of all, the hygiene is very good. I didn't find any missed cleaning corners. The equipment is relatively new and has a little smell, but the air purifier is also very considerate. The disposable supplies provided are also very useful. The toothbrush is very soft, which surprised me. The room is also very big. In addition, the service is good. Fruits, snacks, black sesame cakes and hawthorns are placed in the room in the evening. They are not cheap snacks. There are 4 bottles of free water every day. There are also free water, cola and other drinks in the small refrigerator. There is also free tea. There is an automatic coffee machine for breakfast, which is very friendly to me who drinks American food. Fresh milk is also provided. In addition, my husband said that the noodles are very delicious, even better than those sold outside. There is also a gym with very new equipment. It’s a good place to exercise after eating. Finally, the location is very good. I originally wanted to find a cost-effective hotel near the subway station. This one is newly renovated and is right next to the subway station. The price is not expensive during the holidays. Other subway entrances are smaller and more expensive. I didn’t do any planning before coming here, but it turned out that this place is close to Sifangping Night Market, a 5-minute walk away. I ate thirty square meters on the first day.

Very satisfied, the hotel's service is very considerate. I would like to praise the housekeeper Miss Li Ting for her warm and thoughtful service. She brought very pleasant surprises to customers. She sent some strategies and food guides, which are very practical and full of dry goods. There are weather conditions reminders every day, which is very considerate. The location of the hotel is very convenient, very close to the provincial military region, very safe, and the facilities and equipment are very complete. There is a treasure box in the lobby bar. If you need to borrow something, you can pick it up by yourself. Next time I come to Changsha to stay, I will choose their hotel again! ! ! !
