New and clean hotel. It’s worthy the 5 star rating. The kids play area is very clean and nice quality. Beds and furniture are also great in the room. Personnel of the hotel are really nice. The breakfast menu is rich and the dinning environment is exquisite. I think it’s the best hotel in the area. We really enjoyed our stray!

入住辦理很快，前台工作人員服務熱情，Cindy小邵主動問好，入住時和我們聊天，幫我們拿東西，細心服務很周到。房間空間很大，寬敞明亮，衞生乾淨整潔，完全住的放心。如果再來常熟，還是會選擇這家酒店！

很滿意的入住體驗，大廳很大，環境很好前台服務好，辦理入住快，房間設施齊全，床很舒適，房間智能控制。附近有好幾個景點，離高鐵站也不遠，3點多的車，感謝小魏幫忙免費延時退房到1點，酒店服務沒話講！買盒粽子支持一下，有機會帶老爸老媽過來👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍

日航的服務，衞生，設施都很不錯。
給了我面湖的房間，可惜下雨天。霧濛濛的。
三樓日式泡湯，汗蒸。一樓喝個下午茶，和孩子在酒店度過半天。
酒店有個的清吧。老闆英文，日語都能交流。緩緩的音樂和三五個不同國度的客人。一點也不吵。
一個人點杯酒發發呆也是不錯的。

閨蜜一家出遊，我就跟跟，訂晚了，衹能奢侈一次訂了頂層行政房，總體還好，酒店要住新的，飯店要吃老的，嘿嘿。假期人好多，品牌效應，游泳池還可以就是孩子太多，喜歡日式風格和服務，晚上還免費看見了煙花，久違了，住大城市很久不讓放就忘記去買點放了，還好看到了也足夠了。

和朋友一起五一最後一天出遊，選了日航酒店入住，酒店還是蠻讓我們驚艷的，一進大堂服務員很熱情招呼我們辦理入住，給了我們靠南的11樓房間蠻大很亮堂，智能馬桶，獨立衞浴，晚餐前先去三樓泳池游泳，還配備了温泉和桑拿，設施很齊全，推薦
