The Changshu Nikko Hotel is highly recommendable. The rooms are clean and spacious. The interior design of both rooms and the hotel itself is modern and luxurious. My minibar was not equipped but the staff did an outstanding job. It is remarkable that many of the staff members spoke fluently English. Not to forget the wide range of Chinese and Western offerings at breakfast. A great place to stay. 

We really enjoyed our stay here. The facilities are very luxurious. Breakfast buffet was fantastic. The staff were very helpful and courteous. We especially appreciate Rambo He the concierge downstairs helping us call a cab and loaning umbrellas. The staff at breakfast were very accommodating as we were traveling with a toddler. Our hostess Anki Zhang provided a bib for our baby, Cora Gan helped us refill our water, and Daryl Wang at the dim sum station helped us with all the delicious food options.

The lady at the front desk who I saw first was quite good-looking in comparison. She also spoke very softly. The lobby was very spacious and much more expensive than the average price of 200. The decoration of the room is very nice. I forgot to take photos. But the weather is hot now. It is not recommended to turn on the lights and open the windows. Breakfast is okay. The noodles cooked by the chef are delicious.

The most praiseworthy thing is that the breakfast is great, the ingredients are fresh, there are many choices, the quality is good, and the service staff are very serious, responsible and professional. Of course, the facilities, air conditioning and shower water are also very useful. The hygiene is also very good, and there is no odor at all. What needs to be improved is that when checking in, a man at the front desk seemed not very proficient in the business. When we booked on Ctrip, there was a free breakfast treatment. The staff member seemed to be completely unaware of it. After the registration was completed, I found that he didn't know about this. I had to show him the Ctrip booking information, and he suddenly realized it. We booked two rooms on Ctrip, one standard twin room and the other double bed room. The man didn't understand it very well, and asked me at first if I booked two twin rooms. I also had to explain it to him.

The hotel is on the third floor of the residential building in the community. The front desk is deep on the third floor. There are few signs, which leads to a long time. Secondly, the room is relatively high, the air conditioning is not good, and the cooling effect is average. Service attitude is okay.

The hotel has just opened in the past two days. The front desk manager is very enthusiastic. Not only did he prepare small gifts for the children at the front desk, but also very meticulously helped us bring our luggage to the room. Different from the previous stay in Atour, this house uses the intelligent equipment of the whole house, and the manager patiently answered our inquiries. The lake view room has a great view, and the floor-to-ceiling window design with a large open view on the high floor has a special flavor. The breakfast is very rich, the plate is very beautiful, the taste is also very good, as a new store, the details of the service are still very good, like, see you next time.

The location is very comfortable. The only bad thing is that there is no charging pile. The tram friend went to the opposite side to charge. Going out also sent a small book and tea. The facilities are very complete and very clean. They are all brand new.

Going to Changshu for a business trip, it is almost nearby, the hotel is in a good location, the bathroom is dry and wet, the shower room is very big like me, it is most suitable. The wireless and TV screens are very smooth, and the big TV is comfortable to watch. It is very convenient to eat downstairs. The focus is on the dryer. It is suitable for people like me. I have already recommended it to friends around me.

The bathroom was sparkling clean, with a well-designed dry and wet area. The shower had plenty of pressure, and the hot water came quickly. The hotel's service is highly commendable! From the front desk, housekeeping, and restaurant staff, everyone greeted me with a smile, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Overall, it was an excellent value! Both the amenities and the service were impeccable. I would definitely stay here again.
