This was my second stay at Kaiyuan, and I'm really happy with their service. The front desk lady even upgraded my room, which had a fantastic view from a higher floor. The breakfast was absolutely superb too.

I recently stayed and had an exceptional experience from start to finish. From the smooth check-in process to the thoughtful little touches in the room, everything was well managed and professional. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully designed, with a comfortable bed and all the amenities I needed. Breakfast offered a wide selection of both local and international dishes, all fresh and delicious.

The room was a bit not clean but the hotel staff immediately took care of the problem by switching me to a different room. Great staff service!!

This was my first time in Changxing. I booked the hotel online in advance, and I was quite satisfied with my stay. The receptionist, Leilei, was very helpful and friendly! 👍 We booked two rooms and she even upgraded them for us. My friend and I had a very pleasant stay. The scenery was beautiful, and the hotel also has a gym and a swimming pool. The pool was quite large and the water was very clean. The hotel's location was also good, next to the government building. We visited the nearby Datang Gongcha Tea Garden and Shuikou Tea Garden. The buffet and breakfast on the first floor of the hotel were excellent and plentiful. They also had afternoon tea ☕️ with coffee and desserts, which was very nice. I would definitely come back next time I have the chance.

My friend said after check-out that she had a great stay and would definitely come back. The hotel breakfast was incredibly plentiful with a wide variety of options. We tried the local specialty, dry-tossed noodles, which were very delicious and chewy. The afternoon tea selection was also quite extensive. In the evening, we had the hotel's buffet, which featured a lot of seafood sashimi, sushi, and even small yellow croaker 🐟 – all very tasty. The next day, I took them to the Chen Wudi Palace and Moon Bay – a very enjoyable experience! 👍

What really stood out about this hotel was the staff's service. From the moment I entered, I felt an overwhelming sense of warmth and hospitality. Liangliang at the front desk was polite and approachable, and the check-in process was smooth and efficient. During my stay, he promptly helped me with anything I needed, whether it was day or night. He always responded attentively and diligently, addressing my needs with professionalism and thoughtfulness. The service quality far exceeded my expectations, and I was extremely satisfied! The breakfast was also delicious!

Facilities: Fully equipped, including a gym and swimming pool 🏊♀️, clean and with clear water. Cleanliness: The hotel rooms were generally clean and tidy. Environment: The environment was very nice 👍 The lobby was very comfortable. Service: The receptionist, Xiao Zhao, was very friendly and attentive. The room arrangements were good, so I extended my stay for two more nights.

We chose Kaiyuan Mingdu Hotel because it's conveniently located near the high-speed rail station and Dongyufang Cultural Street, perfect for a trip with seniors and children. The receptionist, Xiao Chen, was very welcoming and thoughtfully arranged our room. They even gave the children a small gift during our stay. We had a great time at the hotel. The gym was well-equipped, and there was a swimming pool for children, open for a long time from 7:30 am to 9:30 pm. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious; both the children and seniors were very satisfied.

The hotel environment is great, and the location is excellent, right next to a plaza and shopping mall. The receptionist, Xiao Zheng, was very helpful, and they even gave me a small gift upon check-out. I've stayed several nights and overall had a very good experience. 👍🏻
