Hotel hygiene and environment are very good. Let’s talk about other things: the first time I stayed there was a power outage. This time I applied for a late check-out right. I checked in the night before and confirmed with the staff. The next day the front desk called to urge check-out and the staff should carefully verify the order. There is another question. Why is there a strong smell of oily smoke in the room at around 10? Is the smoke from the hotel’s kitchen escaping from the central air conditioner in the guest room? Be puzzled.

晚上八點洗個澡凍的半死，盡然熱水最高温度也就三十幾度，以為多等一會就熱了，結果一直這個温度，凍的鼻子都堵了！將近的洗完，打電話總枱投訴，盡然説晚點讓我試，過了幾分鐘盡然電話回覆我熱水壞了！為啥不提前通知？對我説要退房也是可以的！我洗都當洗好了😓第一次碰到這樣的酒店！好在第二日早上正常了。

2024年第一個差評送給你，且具體情況我會適時和12315反映。
1、帶家人出遊，看到是有2張1.8的大床才定的，結果衹有一張是1.8m，還有一張特別小的床，嚴重虛標！房價670，如果早知道是這樣，我定兩個大床房也最起碼睡得舒坦吧（大床330一間，總價相同）
2、特色親子房，特地問了前台，最起碼的小童洗漱用品都沒有，和房型描述嚴重不符，晚上9點多入住的，臨時去哪兒買，沒有就不要往上寫。
3、早餐寫了到9點，8點30去了已經要啥沒啥了，可以看看前後同住人的評論吧，過年人手緊張可以理解，備餐是不是得根據入住人數的多少來準備？
