長治政務中心美侖酒店真的閉眼沖！位置太絕了，離政務中心步行5分鐘，去觀音堂溜達10分鐘就到，5分鐘車程直達萬達廣場，10分鐘到高鐵東站，不管是辦事、旅遊還是趕車都超方便。房間寬敞明亮，衞生做得無可挑剔，床品是金可兒的，柔軟親膚，一夜好眠，全屋地暖+乾濕分離衞浴，熱水充足水温穩定，住着特別舒心。設施超全，24小時健身房、自助洗衣房（洗衣機+烘乾機配齊），還有機器人送物，地上地下200多個免費車位，連新能源充電車位都有，自駕黨狂喜。服務更是加分項，前台熱情高效，主動推薦周邊攻略，還會送歡迎飲品，帶娃入住會貼心準備小童洗漱包，深夜有需求響應也快，退房時還有小伴手禮。早餐中西式齊全，現煮麪條、本地小米飯超香，食材新鮮種類多，性價比直接拉滿，下次來長治還住這！

商務出差首選！網絡穩定不卡頓，辦公桌寬敞舒適，打印文件也很方便。酒店衞生沒得挑，布草潔白無異味，衞生間乾爽無死角，前台辦理入住退房都很快，效率超高，必須五星！

酒店房間比較寬敞，衞生也不錯，床品乾淨舒適。隔音挺好的。酒店停車比較方便。車位充足。地理位置也不錯，特別是離觀音堂很近，走10多分鐘就到了這一點非常的好。
也有一些問題。我們到酒店的房間的時候發現房間裏的地板有水。於是就想請前台瞭解一下是怎麼回事兒，前台提出給我們換一個房間，還説給我們升級了，就是我們房間對面的518室。。後來保潔阿姨過來以後發現地板的水是因為拖地的時候留有水漬沒有幹而已，並不是漏水。經瞭解，前台説的給我們要升級的房間居然間是一個沒有窗户的房間！所以我們沒換。 一開始我們還不太相信，結果第二天恰巧這間房子開着門我們看了一眼，果然是一間沒有窗户的房間。我就不明白了：説是給我們升級到底是什麼意思？這種沒有窗户的房間明明是降級嘛！為什麼葯這樣對待我們？什麼意思？希望加強前台人員的培訓，除此之外，前台的其他服務人員和餐廳的工作人員以及保潔阿姨態度還都是非常好的，在此致謝。

這次出行選美侖酒店真是選對了！一進大堂，工作人員就熱情迎接，辦理入住超迅速。房間乾淨敞亮，床品柔軟舒適，一夜好眠。浴室乾濕分離，洗漱用品品質在線。周邊美食多，出行也方便。早餐豐富，中西式都有。下次出遊，還選美侖！前台帥哥佘嘉明服務態度一流，有問必答，遇到問題第一時間主動解決，簡直就是賓至如歸的感覺。
