空調是全酒店統一管理（即 酒店安裝中央空調，並管理空調總控: 酒店管理方關閉總控後，客房空調不制熱。
打前台電話才被告知酒店安裝的是中央空調，統一控制客房温度，因為有部分客人覺得熱所以關了總控，協商後酒店前台回覆已聯繫經理開了總控。
此後的一個半小時，空調持續16度無任何變化，再次聯繫前台後，前台確認已經打開了空調，對於我們房間空調不制熱問題衹提出給我們兩床被子這一個選項。
後查了一下中央空調的工作原理，也再次看了房間內空調的控制面板，空調的工作模式無法調節（入住時顯示為制熱模式），如酒店方所言，空調統一管理。但統一管理是否有考慮了不同顧客的入住需求呢？
酒店地理位置確實不錯，但前台和酒店空調令人費解。此外，沙發也有明顯的污漬。
雖然後續的温度有所上升，但我確實給不出一個五星好評，希望酒店方可以加強管理，設備定期維護以及解決一下空調總控管理全酒店客房空調的問題。

酒店位置很好，市中心，離青果巷和天寧寺都很近，房間也不錯，裝修古樸挺有特色。但是，我的房間窗户關不上，還需要服務員拿鉗子擰上，然後住的兩天內就打不開了。最關鍵是其中一個男服務員服務很冷淡，我退房後行李寄存到下午來取，同時想借用下衞生間，他很冷漠很不屑告訴我沒有，大概覺得我沒有用非常謙卑的語言跟他請示，他就不肯讓我用，可是我本來就是住店客人用下洗手間怎麼了，而且我真的憋不住了，可他態度就是很不屑説沒有啊不讓我用。也不知是真沒有假沒有，反正一般酒店一樓都有的，就算真沒有面對一個很內急的住店客人也不該這樣吧。這個服務態度直接拉低酒店印象。
