Nice place off the beaten path!
My stay here was amazing! Super quiet and off the main walk way. Only piece of advice if you are going to stay here....you have to be in the room to charge your devices. The room key needs to be inserted into a slot near the door to activate the electricity. So, when you leave the room you must take the key card with you which will in turn deactivate the electricity. You might want to ask the front desk for two key cards to get around this.

Buena ubicación, al lado del puerto, muy buen ambiente en la zona del puerto y variedad de restaurantes y bares. Se puede ir andando a lugares que te pueden interesar museo,Puerto Veneciano... El personal agradable, limpieza excelente y el desayuno variado(mini buffet) el único problema que hay en mi opinión son las escaleras para acceder a la zona de las habitaciones y la zona donde desayunas pero en general excelente lugar.

Questo piccolo hotel è curato nei minimi dettagli! Abbiamo alloggiato 8 giorni e direi che anche se era piccolino, ci sentivamo a casa!dotato di ogni confort, doccia grande, asciugamani puliti sempre e bagno con un super design. Il punto forte è la vicinanza al porto, veramente a due passi contati basta scendere due gradini. Davvero eccezionale! Se ritorneremo a Chania, di sicuro lo scegliamo ancora! Bravi!

Questo hotel ci è piaciuto moltissimo per posizione, comfort, pulizia… Unico problema è che la reception non si trova nello stesso stabile ma in un’altra via e non è scritto da nessuna parte questa informazione. Quindi dovrete affidarvi alla gentilezza di qualche altro ospite dell’hotel per trovarla..

Ancienne demeure reconvertie en petit hotel de charme dans le coeur historique de la ville. l'accueil se fait à l'hotel El Greco à 5 minutes donc aucun service au Contessa. Pour notre part une chambre sans fenêtre (un soupirail trés haut au dessus du lit) au 3éme étage par un escalier un peu rude, pas de petit déjeuner, pas de room service et une douche à l'italienne qui se transformait en pédiluve dès que l'on s'en servait.. Quand même un peu cher pour ce niveau de service
