設施：設施齊全，空調非常實用，可以製冷可以制熱。讓這個寒冷沒有暖氣的冬天增加了温暖。
衞生：衞生很乾凈，樓道里和屋裡看不到臟東西殘留，很講究。
環境：挨着汽車站，出行方便周邊停車方便，吃飯購物也很好。
服務：老闆很熱情，有什麼疑問都能熱心幫忙解決。
