Convenient location and good service. Staff very polite and full of enthusiasm. Better refill the cleansing fluid during tidying up, rather than asked by customers.

Location, it's very handy if you come to Chaozhou for sightseeing, walking distance to most landmarks.the hitel is old bit but just renovated.

Hotel is nicely located not far from the entrance of the old city.
It is computerised via mainly voice activation.

Quick response upon any request, asked for extra mat for toilet, extra pair of slipper, robot sent to us within 5 minutes.
Good Chinese dumplings shop nearby, we had breakfast from the same shop for 2 days- 袁记云饺

Conveniently situated around the paifeng street where all the happenings were. The family room was very spacious, clean, and controlled by voice AI. Breakfast was so so only. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay.

Location is very good, walking distance to attractiion n lots of makan.. we do enjoy staying in this property, n this hotel will be our first choice if we visit chaozhou again...

Front Desk & HouseKeeping - Excellent
Wifi - need local number to activate
TV programmes - limited
Lighting in the room - limited controls, lights for bathroom also for wash basin/ mirror outside
State of Room - Phone was not working, shower head was leaking
Noise Insulation - can hear traffic/ kids attending school downstairs even though i am on level 5
