Eu me surpreendi com a qualidade do hotel , do café da manhã. Tudo ótimo , limpo em perfeitas condições. Com certeza retornaremos. O café da manhã é bem variado e ficamos em um quarto com uma ótima vista. O atendimento também foi muito bom. O estacionamento é um pouco íngreme, mas tem bastante vagas.

Razoavelmente boa. Em relação ao atendimento, a entrada era pra ser às 14, acabei chegando às 9, ou seja, 5 horas antes. E para entrar e poder descansar de uma viagem extremamente cansativa, tive que desembolsar 1 diária a mais por conta de uma diferença de 5 horas. Sequer deram a opção de meia diária.
Fiquei no quarto 504, e infelizmente a cama ofertada estava com o colchão extremamente desgastado, não tinha qualquer sustentação, a lateral do colchão chegava a dobrar de tão avançado o desgaste, provocando uma péssima noite de sono.

Pela segunda vez me hospedei no tri hotel, aconchegante, localização muito boa. Pertissimo do shopping da cidade, perto de um restaurante muito bom, mas que infelizmente estava de férias coletivas. O quarto que fiquei desta vez. A cama deixou a desejar, colchão velho e com um "buraco" no meio o que fez a noite não tão boa. Mas destaque para o café da manhã, muito bom com várias opções.

Tudo limpinho e cheiroso, quartos bons, equipe atenciosa. e tem um cafe da manhã divino de bom. Quando voltar pra CHapecó vou me hospedar no mesmo lugar com certeza. E ainda tem farmácia, mercado, posto de combustível, pizzaria e shopping ao redor, localização ótima.
