自助入住需花點時間才完成入住登記，房間十分大，一邊小廳，一邊兩張雙人床，空間非常十足，但我們的房間在路邊，早上明顯聽到馬路上的行車聲音。 不過公寓的位置很方便，附近有便利店和餐廳。

check in時要提供代碼或QR Code，但之前都沒有提供相關資訊，只有提供四碼PIN碼，但沒有用。
之後客服提供Check in代碼後，並給房間門密碼，但密碼鎖卻又不能開門，再跟客服反應給臨時密碼，仍然不能開門，最後才給門旁邊的鑰匙密碼取得鑰匙才能開門，原來是因為門除了有密碼鎖跟鑰匙鎖。
整體Check in事前告知流程不夠充分，客服也蠻搞不清楚狀況，花了我們40分鐘才Check in進去。

整體感覺很不錯，空間夠大很舒適，第一天到達時候下榻，床很舒服很軟，就是自助check in可能要花費一點時間，但也很好解決。

這酒店是無人管理的，但辨理入住手續都不困難退房更是簡單容易，我們一家八個人有兩套衛浴最是滿意，美中不足是浴巾比較少每人只有一套，如果多一點可以替換會更好，停車位都比較少最為麻煩，熱水爐又唔可以獨立調較溫度很不好，床舖都算舒適。

這間酒店是自助check in的，但事前我們沒有收到QR Code或訂單編號的電郵，引致無法check in。
嘗試在trip.com請同事協助，trip.com同事也快速回應和協助，但由於他們不會日語，無法和酒店職員溝通。只能提供電話號碼給我們聯絡酒店處理，我們唯有開通漫遊的收費服務與酒店職員聯絡。也因為語言問題花了不少時間。幸好最後成功入住。
至於相當滿意的部分，是酒店的設施非常完善，房間內有煮食的空間和設備，大雪櫃，吸塵機，洗衣機，乾衣機。而且洗手間和沐浴的地方也是分開，方便各人使用不同空間。房間也相當乾淨，隔音也很好，不會聽到隔離房的聲音，只是門外有人大聲說話才會聽到一點點。
另外需注意，由於沒有酒店職員在，房間也沒有電話可聯絡他們，所以如有特別狀況的話，會不知如果尋求協助。
除check in出了一點點問題外，沒有再遇到特別狀況。價錢也很ok，所以整體都十分滿意。
