What a charming place! Built around 1650, this house is full of rooms with fun, bright themes! It features a spiral-style staircase, so if you have heavy luggage I may request a lower room if I were you. No fans or A/C (not surprised due to age of house), but the windows that open allow a very nice breeze to come in during the evenings. The garden is gorgeous. It really feels like stepping into another world here - we loved it here! Breakfast consisted of orange juice & coffee, a few meats, plenty of cheese (mostly soft cheeses), and of course a nice selection of bread. Madame speaks English well enough to answer all my questions which is great! I greatly enjoyed staying here and will do so again next time I’m in the area!
