Cheap Hotels in Tossa De Mar

"Absolutely loved my stay there, the staff was so nice and welcoming. My room was small but I didn't need more space - the bed was double and very comfy and I had my own bathroom (pretty big in comparison) with lots of towels, fresh soap and tubes of showering gel (I travelled lightly so it was welcomed) so what else can one need. I loved the included breakfasts and the breakfast timeslot (from 8 to 12 - take notes all you other hotels out there!). There was a lot of variety for the price so IMO the food should satisfy most of the folks - I liked chorizo and cured ham, the wide selection of vegetables, the bread and croissants, and last but not least, the coffee was, pardon my expression, pretty damn good for a two star hotel. Tea was very ordinary in comparison but still okay. Having a kettle and a fridge in my room was super convenient. Wifi and tv quality was great. The walls aren't thick so when there's more guests it can get noisy - which didn't happen often to me but I can imagine how it can be during the high season - but that's a problem in most hotels all over the world. People are noisy animals, most of them. So if you are easily irritated etc consider taking & using earplugs, I guess. There were only two real downsides, let's say one and a half because only one was serious. My room was a bit too warm for my taste and when I realized that opening the window doesn't help, I tried using the air conditioning - which didn't work. I tried all the options, and the cooling mode made the room warmer instead of cooler. Which was a bummer. I didn't report that to the staff, since it wasn't a big issue for me at the moment - I spent most of my time outside the hotel anyway and came back at night when it was much cooler. But I can imagine it becoming a serious problem during the regular season in the summer or later in the spring. Air conditioning in a place like Tossa is essential, so yeah, better fix that ASAP, Turissa. Another thing, very minor this time, was that the cleaning lady who goes in to your room every day has a habit of straightening out the sheets on the bed every time. Yeah, like she did that every single day, lol. I mean I'm not that picky... Are you guys that picky (whoever reads this) ? Just leave it be and save yourself the work, lady, because you know it's gonna be a mess the next day, and the next, and the next - so it's like fighting windmills - unless your name is Donna Quixote, this is something uncalled for. But you know guys, if that's the only complaint one can make about the hotel, then you know Turissa is more than alright. Amiright or amiright guys;) Wish I could stay longer. PS: Oh and there's a pool for the guests, too. I didn't really have time to use (we were more excited dipping our toes in the sea anyway) it but I could watch it every day from the cantina when having my breakfast. Nice!"

"Booked near the trip, the price is not low, but the basic satisfaction is wanted, a family of four, two so-called double beds, can sleep, the balcony can see the sea, the hotel has a swimming pool, close to the beach, the restaurant breakfast is quite satisfactory, overall, basically satisfied!"

"Service: The entire trip was terrible. The front desk was a bit impatient with my room request, grumbling that requests needed to be made in advance. They gave me the first and last rooms in the hallway. The first room was extremely noisy, and the last room required a long walk. This was blatant discrimination! Environment: The main building was very noisy during peak tourist season, with many young children. The elevator was very slow, and the up button was broken. The room facilities were very outdated, roughly comparable to a domestic budget hotel, and the bathroom was even worse. Cleanliness: The quilt was just a layer of paper, and the toilet was filthy. Facilities: The only positive feature was the swimming pool."

"Hotel location is not far from the sea, in the old street of the town, you can go shopping, you can see the sea and the castle without a few steps, the room has a large balcony, enjoy the sea breeze, sea birds will come to harass, really great. The service awareness of white people is either really average. When I checked out, I pushed two trolley boxes. The door was not inductive. I needed to push the door to go out. The hotel staff were watching coldly and would not help you block the door. It made me very embarrassed to go out."

"⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Lovely Stay at Neptuno Venus Hotel  We had a lovely and relaxing stay at Neptuno Venus Hotel. I was especially happy that the hotel was able to accommodate our request for a room with a beautiful view. It really made our stay more enjoyable and was definitely one of the highlights of our visit.  The hotel is within walking distance of the town and beach, although it’s a little further than expected. The room looks quite old but it was kept clean and well-maintained. The breakfast was good, with plenty of tasty choices. We also tried the dinner buffet as a walk-in guest, and we really enjoyed the food and the variety available. The staff in the dining area were very nice and attentive. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The friendly staff, good food, and cleanliness made our experience enjoyable. We would happily stay here again when visiting Tossa de Mar. ❤️"

"The food is fabulous. We tried the dinner and breakfast buffet, both are fantastic!! Highly recommend the dinner buffet, they provided unlimited seafood and cooked right in front of you and unlimited dessert.they kept refilling dessert even after 9:30pm. (The dinner lasts from 7:30-9:30pm)I like the chef as he always smiled and give us a generous amount of food! There were yummy steak, pork, salmon, cheese, salmoni. And for the dessert, they also got ice cream and chocolate waterfall!!!! Really recommend ordering their dinner and is really worth it!"

"The hotel is located in a good place to walk to the beach (about 10-15 minutes), and there is an outdoor pool in the hotel, suitable for anyone who likes to play water. Breakfast is very busy and there are not many types, but it is ok to eat simply. The facilities are old but well maintained and there is a small terrace in the room, which is good for sunshine. It's within 10 to 15 minutes walk to the bus stop."
