這次去承德，選擇了老牌酒店承德賓館，感受到了一次非常愉快的入住體驗，我們到早了，到的時候我們訂的房間還沒打掃好，前台的漂亮妹妹看我們是長者，趕緊查看房間情況，然後免費給我們升級了房間讓我們進去休息，真的特別感動和温暖！退房的時候前台的漂亮妹妹還給贈送了小禮物和水，酒店處處都讓人感受到了熱情、專業和温馨，謝謝你們，我以後還會再來的哈！

酒店地理位置很好，距離“避暑山莊”打的和自駕都很近。
房間面積也很大，衞生間還有梳粧台，床上用品很乾凈舒適。早餐是一個亮點，有很多當地的特色小吃，而且做的十分的好吃。

承德賓館的位置很好，離各個景點都不遠，打車很方便，周邊飯館，快餐，超市都有，離夜市也不遠！酒店前台幫忙升級了房間，原有 1.2 米的床升級到二張 1.5 米，房間隨着床變大，稍顯有些小，但睡眠質量提升，感謝！第一晚都會送杏仁茶，味道很棒！酒店四層是承德宴，提供的菜品還是不錯的，比較有名的羊湯和非遺肺丸子，酒店早餐就提供，點菜的時候可以省去，點其他美食。承德宴服務員很熱情，為客人着想，幫忙推薦菜品，二天晚上都是在這裏吃的晚餐很滿意！第二天出去遊玩，回來時房間已經打掃乾淨比較及時，礦泉水無限提供，很贊！入住時加了前台微信，發來了附近的介紹和遊玩路線建議，因為沒有更多需要幫助的，因此沒有更多體現一對一服務。如果説缺點，我想説房間乾濕分離挺好，但淋浴間因為空間問題無法掛衣物，需要把換洗衣物浴巾放在外面，這畢竟雙床房間，多少不夠方便。下次來承德應該還會選擇承德賓館，更希望酒店服務真以客人滿意為目的，而不是單為了得到好評，每個房間的翁玉達信箱，已體現了酒店的服務態度，那麼做好該做的工作，其實就可以。

前台工作人員為我們做了房間升級。房間乾淨整潔舒適，每天有晚點心（酸奶或杏仁露），飲用水供應充足，走廊裏也有可自取的飲用水。還提供了一小袋洗衣液。總之，感覺不錯，推薦入住。

這次出行在攜程預訂的承德賓館果然沒讓我失望。首先酒店的位置在市中心，且靠近避暑山莊和小布達拉宮兩個景點很近，周邊店鋪較多，有需求的時候購物吃飯很方便 。酒店的環境很好，房間衞生乾淨整潔，遊玩回來，房間還發現賓館贈送的小愛心甜品，很開心。辦理入住的前台服務人員態度和藹熱情，承德宴的餐食很好，口味和菜量都很滿意，以後再來承德，還住承德賓館。

這次自駕遊，住了好多賓館酒店。承德賓館綜合各方面，絕對可以排前三。位置極佳，出入方便。房間很大，衞生間也很大，還有梳粧台，對女士特別友好！房間乾淨衞生，無異味。早餐豐富，有承德特色。賓館的中餐廳承德宴，菜的味道可以，在這裏吃了兩頓晚餐！每天桌上有四瓶水，冰箱裏還有免費的兩瓶水和兩聽飲料！每天晚上還有免費送來的甜品！總之，這次入住非常贊！

一進房間，乾淨整潔的環境就讓人好感度拉滿，衞生間的設施很不錯 乾濕分離，細節處理也很到位，沒有任何異味。
前台工作人員熱情又專業，辦理入住很快，還細心給我推薦周邊好玩的地方和好吃的餐廳。酒店位置也超優越，出門走幾步就有地鐵站，不管是去景點還是找美食都超方便。周邊還有商場，晚上閑逛超愜意。
早餐種類豐富，中西餐都有，味道也不錯，開啟活力滿滿的一天。健身房器材齊全，晚上回來鍛鍊一下超舒服。真的挑不出一點毛病，下次來這邊還住這兒！
