"Excellent stay room 809! The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, with a beautiful river view. The bed was cozy, the bedding was of good quality, and the room was quiet thanks to effective soundproofing. What stood out most was the outstanding service. The front desk staff were always smiling, welcoming, and efficient, making every interaction pleasant. The tour desk was equally helpful and readily provided useful travel information and advice. Breakfast was good, and the overall experience exceeded expectations. With its comfortable rooms, scenic views, and attentive staff, this is definitely a hotel I would recommend to self driving guest. Booking DiDi was easy to all attractions on our list but note that the Mountain Resort Scenic Area is not within walking distance. Do not miss the KangXi ceremony show which is magnificent knowing or not knowing the history."

"I booked a discounted room for one person, which was supposed to be the same as other rooms except for a narrow window. Why was there no hot water in the shower? Luckily it was afternoon. I contacted the front desk, and they said they'd send someone to check it right away. Half an hour passed and no one came. I called again, and a repairman finally arrived after 10 minutes. He fiddled with it for a while before getting hot water, but it wasn't much. I managed to take a quick shower. Before leaving, I told the front desk I'd complain and ask them to fix it again. Only then did they say there was a bath and sauna at the new location 200 meters away, which was included in my room booking. They didn't even tell me where the bath and sauna were when I checked in. Last time, I also booked the Ni's Haitai Resort on Ctrip, and the front desk didn't mention the included hot spring bath. We only found out after check-out that our room booking included it. The air conditioner was old; the remote didn't turn on the lights. I thought it wasn't working, so I called the front desk staff, who operated it, but it took a while to start. The hotel's location is quite good, opposite the Wulie River walkway, which is nice for a stroll in the evening. This is the main branch, which also caters to tour groups. The new branch is not far away and is larger."

"I was passing through on my trip and spontaneously booked this B&B, and it turned out to be an unexpected delight! The guesthouse has two large courtyards, one in the front and one in the back, offering plenty of open space. There's also a dedicated camping lawn and an infinity pool on the rooftop. It's perfect for swimming and camping during the day, and then playing mahjong and singing at night. What's more, it's truly pet-friendly; the spacious yard allows dogs to run around freely. The owners are incredibly kind and welcoming, always going out of their way to help with any requests. They make you feel like family."

"This time I came to Chengde to see the "Dingsheng Dynasty Kangxi Grand Ceremony", and chose to stay at the Dingsheng Dynasty Store in Yuanman. The experience exceeded expectations and it is highly recommended! The location is particularly excellent, very close to the Kangxi Grand Ceremony performance venue, it is very convenient to go back to the hotel after watching the night performance, no long-distance running. The room was clean and tidy, the layout was simple and comfortable, the bedding was soft, the sound insulation was good, and the day was running, and I slept very peacefully at night. The bathroom facilities are complete, the hot water supply is stable, and the cleaning is meticulous. The front desk service is warm and intimate, the check-in and check-out efficiency is very high, and the practical suggestions for travel and play will be intimate. Self-driving parking is convenient and friendly to self-driving tourists. A family of three has ample space and the overall price is very high. After watching the live performance, go back to the residence to rest, and the itinerary is worry-free. Come to Chengde to see the Dingsheng Dynasty performance. This is a very good accommodation choice. I will consider staying next time. I also recommend it to friends who travel to Chengde."

"We chose a room with a small courtyard. I had initially booked the wrong room, but the front desk staff kindly changed it for us. We were able to chat and eat in the courtyard at night. It's very close to scenic spots like the Mini Potala Palace and Puning Temple. The breakfast was much better than the one we had at Qiwang Tower a few days ago. When we checked out, they even thoughtfully prepared water for us. This hotel offers great value for money. Highly recommend!"
