Every step within the courtyard offers a new sight, with rockeries, greenery, and even animals creating a truly captivating atmosphere. Service: Every staff member was incredibly friendly and actively responsive to guests' needs. Breakfast: The hotel breakfast was delicious, and all the side dishes were excellent."

Chengde in August didn't feel like a summer resort at all; the boat ride at the Summer Resort made us incredibly hot – it instantly became the 'Heatstroke Mountain Resort' for us!"

"I arrived at the hotel a bit late, and the security guard kindly directed me to parking. Seeing I had a lot of luggage, he even helped me carry it. The front desk offered me water and told me to hydrate first. They also thoughtfully provided a children's toothbrush and slippers for my little one. I was very pleased with the room's medium-firm mattress. The bathroom had a great wet/dry separation, and the shower had excellent water pressure. There's a laundry room and a well-equipped gym. For breakfast, they prepared kid-friendly utensils and a high chair for my baby. The breakfast itself was also delicious."

"This is probably a more traditional local hotel, and it offers really great value for money. I had only booked it for the first night of my trip, but on the day I checked in, I immediately extended my stay for two more nights before my return journey, right at the front desk with the lovely young lady on duty. The front desk staff are genuinely warm and kind. We traveled from Chengde to Ulan Butong, and then came back to stay here for another two days. Highly, highly recommended. The standard room has two 1.5-meter beds. Facilities: Pretty good! Cleanliness: Clean and tidy Ambiance: Very comfortable Service: Everyone I encountered was excellent"

"This hotel offers incredible value for money. While the facilities might be a bit older, its proximity to tourist attractions is unbeatable. They even provided a complimentary breakfast, which really adds to the excellent value. It was clean and hygienic, the service was great, and free parking was a huge bonus!"

"The room's facilities were a bit dated, but the bedding was clean. Booking a room here grants complimentary access for two to the adjacent bathhouse, and the bathing facilities themselves were decent. However, I strongly advise against the body scrub service. It costs 29 yuan, and even the scrubbing mitt is an additional charge. What's more, the moment I requested just a 'standard' scrub, the attendant's attitude turned quite sour. For 29 yuan, in Northeast China, you'd expect a much more thorough scrub, typically 15 minutes per side with two passes. This attendant, however, rushed through the entire service in a mere five minutes."

The room was not big, the facilities were a bit old, and the air conditioner was very loud. Although the wet and dry parts were separated, the water after taking a shower flooded into the bathroom. And there is no water in the bathroom, and the breakfast is okay...the price is considered acceptable in a tourist market, right?"
