住過很多酒店，這家酒店的規格超過同級別酒店的太多，早餐熱菜、水果、粥品、飲品都有，尤其要説一下他家的麪食，居然有板麪，對於無辣不歡的我來説，必須嚐嚐，板麪勁道十足，湯汁香濃入味，還能根據喜好加辣加菜，牌子上標註的是純手工熬製製作。另外也表揚下前台人員，我説喜歡安靜，想換個位置安靜的房間，他們不僅給更換了房間並且還貼心的送上了眼罩和護手霜，服務拉滿，房間舒適，衞生也很乾凈，點贊👍。

十一期間到承德出差，選了這家酒店。體驗很超預期！整潔漂亮的房間，晚上起夜有人體感應燈，從床底到洗手間一路互送非常省心安全。洗衣房設備齊全，烘乾掛燙熨斗都有。早餐是自助，簡單又豐富，麪條真的很好吃！休息區有咖啡有按摩椅，服務人員也很熱情。下次有機會再光顧！

凌晨兩點多到達結果被告知沒有大床房 系統上明明有大床房 到店之後説沒有 被迫開的雙床房 結果一看地上滿地頭髮芝麻臟東西 早上打電話給前台問朋友住在哪個房間還説不清楚 因為太晚了各自回屋睡覺了忘記她是哪個房間了 打電話沒接就問前台 結果前台説不知道不清楚 體驗感差

去過很多城市，這家酒店真的超乎我的想象，第一次來這邊玩，入住體驗真的很舒服，前台小姐姐服務很周到👍👍👍，大床很柔軟，勞累一天躺在床上整個人都放鬆了，有很多細節需要自己來解鎖，床頭的兩個小燈，隨時用輕輕一台就可以，還能多角度旋轉，抽屜中還有準備多功能的充電線，出門再也不怕忘記帶了，我還發現了偉人的書籍，就沖這一點都得點個贊🌟，浴室的鏡子旁有個小鏡子，有放大功能，對女生化個粧太友好了，連屋子裡的綠植都是真的，門口後面還有一個超大的鏡子，出門前可以好好的美一美😉，還有單獨的閲讀區，躺椅區，很舒服，一定要親身感受才行，半夜起來上廁所，衞生間有感應燈，真的是細節滿滿❗️❗️❗️早上還有免費的早餐，多種多樣，還可以現做一些麪食，我剛好趕上了下雨，早起吃一碗熱乎乎的湯麪，誰懂啊🤗，總之整體住下來無論是舒適度還是服務，給了我非常非常棒的體驗，真心推薦這家酒店❤️❤️❤️來河北承德玩或者出差一定要首選！！！

前台態度極差，第一次來承德，半夜三點半辦理的入住，帶孩子來旅遊定了兩個房間，甲醛味很重，休息的時候已經凌晨5點了，跟前台説好2點退房，12點就開始打電話催，孩子喝完奶粉下來2點51，非要加收半天房費，跟前台好好解釋了因為有小朋友下來稍微晚了一會，超出這一小時我們付多少錢可以接受，酒店直接説沒有這規定必須半天房費，前台讓給經理打電話這倆人説辭一樣，酒店沒什麼生意，讓外地人第一次來承德感覺很不友好，噁心至極

樓下的停車場車位很多，而且附近就有葯店 超市和早餐店~入住當晚的前台姐姐也很熱情，謝謝！
雙床房真的很實惠，又大又乾淨，還便宜！二百出頭能有這樣的舒適度真的很棒，而且床鋪也很舒服~
電視也是新新的，屋裡也沒有異味兒，衞生間乾濕分離。這裏好像離康熙大典的表演衹有五六公里，去避暑山莊開車也衹需要半個小時，很方便，十分喜歡！！
