優點：
1.服務熱情，反饋及時，反饋有温度。
2.性價比很高，十一兩百多的價格。
3.位置優秀，周邊吃飯的地方超級多。
4.夜晚安靜，老小區，晚上22點以後很少有聲音。
5.大電視方便追劇，可以投屏，wifi也可以。
6.提供的一次性設施很齊全，一次性毛巾、牙刷、馬桶套，洗髮水、沐浴露。
不足：
1.客觀因素，樓間距近，回屋需要拉窗簾。
2.屋裡有點味道，估計是因為窗户樓下的原因，開空調通風會好一些。
3.廁所較小，洗澡完，馬桶會濕。
4.老小區，睡懶覺時，早上樓道隔音會稍微一般，晚上不影響。
綜上所述，有需要還會選擇，很不錯。

入住方便，房屋所處繁華街道，周邊超市和吃飯的地方很多，承德市內的景點也都不遠。房屋很乾凈，屋內設施整齊，有一次性洗漱用品可以使用，入住體驗很好～
