設施老舊，特別是衞生間，浴室地面已經黴變，而且特別滑，像青苔一樣了，衞生間還有很多小飛蟲（蛾蚋），他們會飛到房間，帶孩子一定要小心不要讓孩子去用手拍打會傳播細菌，還有就是酒店的停車場幾乎等同於沒有，所以自駕的話謹慎選擇。

設備老化，空調開一晚都不熱，熱水器温度調到最高勉強可以洗澡；吹風機吹乾和自然風乾時間差不多。衞生堪憂，進門鞋架腐爛，床單破洞，馬桶有巨大黑印（未拍照留證），酒店提供的馬桶墊打開有不明黑色物體。
安全隱患嚴重，房間門半夜被別人用房卡刷開，不知道是怎麼做到的。
工作人員專業度一般，酒店各方面都與之前住的全季是天上地下。

酒店位置賊好附近全是吃的，交通也挺方便打車一滴就到，離景區也都不遠。全季是我們家出行首選了，家庭房很寬敞，房間環境和設施都喜歡，洗漱用品給好評，熱水也好，返程等車還在大堂蹭咖啡～

體驗最差的全季酒店，住過不少城市的全季酒店，這個最差，停車場沒地停車，都堵一起，十八點到酒店前台辦理入住，辦理一半告訴我，沒有床單被罩，需要等到八點半，也什麼不能再收到客户訂單的時候電話聯繫呢，驅利模式，沒有服務意識，以後不會再入住全季酒店了。

安排的第一個房間是住過沒打掃的，4個枕頭有睡過的痕跡，桌子上有臟東西沒有擦，其他房間有異味或者床單被罩不乾淨，桌子臟，衞生間的紙像上一個客人用過，酒店沒有換新，重新給下個客人用。洗澡水一冷一熱，沒辦法洗澡。酒店説一客一換，他們家就這樣，不滿意去其他酒店，服務極差。
退房的幾分鐘，一個房間説開關漏電，一個説晚上有人敲門，最差的酒店。
