房間乾淨温馨，從一些裝飾上能看出房主的細膩！小綠植，小花花都感受到了温情！住宿感受很舒適！消除了旅途中的疲憊！入住的時候很晚了，周邊比較黑，看不清路剛開始走錯了方向，找到單元門比較坎坷，房東給的入住指引很詳細了，就是在圖上標一下入户方向就好了，主要是因為周邊晚上太黑了😅

首先入住體驗給滿分，房間不僅乾淨舒適，還有新插的鮮花，處處透出主人的文藝氣質，我個人很喜歡房間的風格。三間睡房也都很舒服，我們一家老小各個都很滿意。 再説服務，去前主人貼心發了定位和停車視頻指導，有了這些停車和找到地方非常順暢，主人給到的入住提示也很清楚，所以整個入住流程很絲滑且愉快，讓主人幫忙推薦餐館，也回覆很及時。 最後説位置，從住處步興200多米就是承德博物館， 1點多公里遠就是小布達拉宮，年輕人步行感覺也沒多遠。 避暑山莊也是不遠，3公里左右遠。 這兩晚住在這裏，覺得我自己太英明瞭，真心值得五分好評。

入住的時候天色已漸晚，打開門，屋裡温暖的燈光瞬間治癒了旅途的疲憊。房間乾淨整潔，温馨舒適。離周邊景點非常近，出行也很方便，有公交車，還有免費的停車場。出門兒對面就是承德歷史博物館。老闆也很熱情，以後過來還住你家。

房東比較熱情，房子裝修比較陳舊，後期軟裝有些小情調，也挺乾淨的，位置也不錯，走路幾分鐘到承德博物館，但是這個環境啊真得吐槽吐槽，感覺是一回遷房，院子挺破的，又是在一層，一大早五點多，窗外大媽們開始嘮嗑，隔音不好，太吵了，實在沒睡好。

位置真的非常好！
博物館、避暑山莊、小布達拉宮等就在周圍！
天氣要是沒那麼熱，溜達着就可以到博物館了！
在1層，非常涼快，房屋的佈置房東真的有心了呢！一整個大讚！
衞生也是非常的棒！
唯一，真的唯一不足是沒有冰箱…
