Even without leaving the hotel, it feels like being on vacation outside the city, with exquisite drinks and meals. The hotel is a standalone building with a total of 7 floors, including a parking lot and a business office center. The first floor lobby and the fourth, fifth, sixth, and seventh floors are guest rooms. Our room curtains, lighting, air conditioning, and TV are all controlled by voice intelligent systems.

I chose the Dimoo Hotel for this trip to Chengdu and was very satisfied with the overall experience. I must give it a five-star rating! The hotel is located in the city center, with convenient transportation in the surrounding area. It is only a few minutes' walk to the subway station and easy to reach attractions such as Chunxi Road and Kuanzhai Alley. There are also many local delicacies and snacks nearby, with a wide selection of late night snacks, making it a paradise for foodies! The detailed layout of the lobby and corridors is very stylish. The room is clean and tidy, the bedding is comfortable, especially the height of the pillows is just right, making it a good night's sleep. The front desk staff had a friendly attitude, checked in quickly, and even took the initiative to introduce travel guides to Chengdu. The room is cleaned and replenished with mineral water every day. Next time I come to Chengdu, I will still choose the Dimu Hotel and recommend it to my friends!

Because the flight was very early, we arrived at the hotel very early, but there was a vacant room for us to check in. The front desk staff were very friendly and enthusiastic. Although the room was not very large, it was very clean. The decoration was in a simple style. There was also a place to wash clothes downstairs. If you don't have time, the front desk staff can also help you dry it. When checking out, they gave us a random box with a very cute panda pendant. Thank you very much and highly recommend Dimo Hotel.

The overall experience of staying at Chengdu Dimu Hotel was fantastic! From check-in to check-out, every detail feels intimate and comfortable.
** Superior geographical location: The hotel is located in the center of Chengdu, with convenient transportation and a wide range of local food, shopping, and attractions. It is easy to reach Kuanzhai Alley and Taikoo Li, and can be easily reached by taxi or subway.
** Strong sense of environmental design * *: The hotel decoration style is very stylish, with a well-designed lobby and rooms, and excellent photography! The room is clean and tidy, the bedding is comfortable, and the sound insulation effect is also very good. I slept soundly at night.
** Attentive and enthusiastic service * *: The front desk staff had a friendly attitude and checked in quickly. They also thoughtfully recommended nearby travel guides and delicious food. The room service responds promptly and can quickly solve any needs. Next time I come to Chengdu, I will still choose the Dimu Hotel. Customer service was really good, my brother Y at the front desk was really nice and upgraded us when we told him about our room having some issues. Another lady even helped us do our laundry when the washing machine was all full.
But the facilities themselves was below our expectation unfortunately. As mentioned above some rooms were leaky and the washrooms didn’t close properly. My girlfriend even injured herself because the washing machine room had a weird short staircase going down to it.
Overall, service was definitely the highlight but I think price reflects what you get from the facilities.

The place is newly renovated, staff has good service and has 24 hours reception available. Washer and dryer facility is also provided.

I am extremely satisfied with my stay here at Dimoo hotel. The staffs here were very friendly and helpful, in particular staff Y, who went the extra mile to ensure that we are well taken care of. He never hesitated to help us when in need. Overall, it has been a wonderful stay and I would recommend this hotel to my friends! :))

What a great find this was, tucked down a quiet little street. Access to buses and the metro was very easy. Lots of places to eat around the hotel . Hotel room was immaculate, a lovely comfortable bed,and an excellent shower. Staff were very pleasant, even giving me a small gift on departure...a very nice touch! View from the window was not great, but I was out all day, so it didn't matter.
