A very satisfying stay! Special praise goes to Xiao Zeng from the front desk for her warm and thoughtful service and prompt check-in. She carefully explained the hotel facilities and surroundings. She was friendly and welcoming, which made me feel very warm. It also gave me a better impression of Chengdu. I will definitely stay here again next time!

The hotel is in a great location, just a few hundred meters away from West China Hospital. It's a 2-3 km walk to the popular breakfast shop Xiyuecheng Tan Douhua on Chunxi Road, and the popular Sichuan restaurant Taolin. It's also a short taxi ride away. The front desk guy, Max, is a hardworking and motivated young man who takes his work and customer service seriously. I was very touched.
