The service is what makes the difference here! The staff at the reception is super nice, friendly and helped us buying the tickets to see the Pandas and also to buy some delivered food! Also the housekeeping staff has been great! We had a problem with the dreinage system and they helped us inmediately to solve it! The view from the camera was amazing especially at night! The location is ok! The room is not huge but there is everything you may need!

Great hotel ! The room so clean, the view from the rooftop is excellent ! The location is meters from barstreet , perfect area 👌. The service at front desk all with smiles and trying to help. I did the check in at almost 2am and not problem at all. Next time in chengdu, will come back here.

When I was booking the Hidden House little did I know that it was hidden inside an old shabby commercial building. The elevators are dirty and old, rooms are not much better. The room was filthy, dirty, with dust and mold in multiple places, as shown on the photos below. When you turn on the AC, you’ll be hit with a smell of moldy old filters. I do not recommend staying there!

I had a lovely stay here. It’s pretty cosy. I like the area around the hotel. There are many hidden places around. The room is clean. Definitely worth the money.

Wow — what an absolutely incredible stay! From the moment we arrived, the service was nothing short of outstanding. The staff went above and beyond at every turn, making us feel not just welcome, but truly pampered.
The location is excellent — perfectly situated to explore the heart of Chengdu, yet tucked away just enough to offer peace and quiet when you need it.
But the real showstopper? The room. We had a private bathtub on the rooftop terrace (yes, a rooftop terrace!), and the view was nothing less than a million-dollar panorama over the city. Watching the sun rise and set from that spot was unforgettable — the kind of experience you daydream about long after the trip is over.
This was hands-down one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had, and at that price point, it feels almost too good to be true. If you’re heading to Chengdu and want something special — book this place. You won’t regret it.

Great hotel located opposite Lan Kwai Fong area. The hotel is easy to spot as there is clear signage. Staff at the reception counter are helpful and friendly. There are also free snacks upon check-in. The view at level 14 is marvellous, especially at night. The stay was so wonderful I decided to book it for the second night, this time, I enjoyed the river view. I wished the room had a full-length mirror and an improved hairdryer though. The hotel has many other services, including washing and dryer. Highly recommended to all!

Staff were super friendly, location was great and the view from the 14th floor is one of the best! Xiao Liu’s hotpot recommendation was one of the best meals we have had on our trip to China!
