這個價格下房間是可以的，本來可以打五星好評。但工作人員的惡劣態度讓人打出這條差評。
此條投訴差評是因為當日酒店工作人員態度非常惡劣，語氣十分強硬，毫無正常人的同理心。
原因：夜晚温度4-5度，入住人為老年人，酒店十點後無人（但酒店預訂説明裡特別標註前台24小時營業），不能加被子且空調老舊開了根本沒用（關於空調老舊沒用也可以在其他評論裏看到，並不是存心亂説）。
過程：在入住人因為身體抱恙原因表明實在接受不了後不主動解決問題也拒不讓住客退款另尋住處。那是要讓人冷死在你的酒店嗎？（進入房間後立即反映此問題，並未動房間裏的任何東西）
雖然最後不忍老年人一再折騰主動想出解決方案，一再請求同意了住客從其他房間拿一床被子，但整個過程態度太惡劣了。

進門坐床上就有小蟑螂來迎接我，我真的會謝。為了按床這邊的燈開關，把床推開了一點，結果一地的垃圾。雖然也才116的房費，但是衞生真的不行。睡了一晚第二天我渾身發癢。。。。。
設施扣兩分，洗完頭就沒熱水了，空調沒發吹熱風。
