Hilton Chengdu Chenghua

This hotel is a must stay for visit to Chengdu. The staff's service level are very high. Rooms are clean and well maintained. I stayed at this hotel during the Christmas period and my wife enjoyed her stay very much. We even got an upgrade, thanks to the courtesy of the counter staff. The food at the Chinese restaurant is also amazing.

Stayed for 5 nights. Very comfortable and clean hotel. The waiters are very polite. You can also send packages to the hotel front desk and they will receive them. Very good experience

The Hilton was clean and staff were friendly and amazing. The only issue I encountered was the elevator being quite noisy from the room, however the staff helped me change to a quieter location, although it could still be heard slightly it was quite comfortable.

The hotel was clean, good location with close access to the city hub while with quiet neighbouring. Front staff Rick Wu was very attentive.

Great location in downtown Chengdu with many restaurants walking distance, including supermarkets and pharmacies. Excellent breakfast with asian and western options.

I honestly expected a lot more for a 5 star hotel. Most concerning was that our 2nd room was not ready for check-in until 5pm! I mean come on a 2 star hotel could have done better than that. We only stayed 1 night so literally just needed a bed to sleep in. On the plus side it was a relatively cheap hotel to stay in. However there was nothing 5 star about it. Other 5 star hotels offer champagne on arrival. This one struggled to get our room ready. Very very average!
