The facilities were excellent. The air conditioning, washing machine, and bathroom amenities were all in great working order. I washed clothes in the morning, and they were completely dry by the afternoon, thanks to the AC's very efficient drying function. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the service was outstanding. They even accommodated a late checkout until 2 PM and promptly sent someone to adjust the TV for us. The property is situated in an older residential neighborhood, but I suppose most areas around Kuanzhai Alley have a similar historic charm.

This was my second stay. The hotel stored my luggage for a week while I was travelling. The staff are so very lovely, they have always got a smile for you and are very accommodating. I will definately coming.e back again

Big cheap room in a very convenient position.
Very difficult to find for foreign people, they don’t provide a mail and there is no sign to indicate where to go in the builing.

Perfect place to stay in Chengdu. We booked a studio appartement and it was large and clean. Comes with kitchenette and washingmachine. Should be usefull if they supply some plates, bowls and cutlery and program the t.v. to English menu.
Everyday cleaning and close to People park metroline 2.
It was easy to find with the address and pictures from the bookingsite. Check in was one the 7 th. floor and our room on the 16 th We got a keycode for the room and a keycard for the main entrance.
Overall we had a very good stay.

Great commoditities, very clean. Need to walk about 10/15 minutes to reach tube station. 20min walk to Tianfu Square.
