The location is good. Hotel cleanliness, service, facilities, the rest were the worst hotels I've ever used in China. The photo in the hotel info was a real scam. I'll post a picture so that no one else has the worst experience like me.

Firstly, the entrance not at front hotel, but at back street. Free flow of mineral at right side of reception counter. The location of this hotel nearby with tianfu square mrt station. Room equip with smart system and cozy. However the room lighting design not friendly especially when in night it's quite dark, which they encourage you sleep early without any longer phone interact. The unit facing another hotel with transparent, lack privacy, keep roll the blinds up and down.

Room is spacious and clean, daily room service. Free bottled water provided in room and at lobby, receptionist is friendly and helpful with our queries, gave us a mini gift upon check out and reminded us to bring bottled water along. Good service. Hotel downstairs has many nice food available and mini marts.

Reception service was excellent and nothing much to complain about. However, location was not really near to TaiKooLi but there is numbers of restaurants below of it. Hotel entrance is not that good as well. Others than that is perfect.

Nice location, good size and amenities but walls were very damaged and carpet a bit old which was not visible in marketing photos. Entrance is also confusing to find and is located in the back alley of the building through a random elevator which the hotel does not warn you about. Terrace is nice and staff are friendly enough, though they don't speak any English which is okay with the translation app.

Rooms looked dated and dark, carpet was stained and dirty. As the hotel is just above some eateries, you will wake up smelling all the oil grease and noise downstairs. However, rooms are spacious and bed is very comfortable. There are more hotels around that has laundry rooms, and this hotel does not provide one...

The place is spacious and clean. In this cold weather, the place is also warm. The receptionist is really nice, I got a period cramps on a check out day. She allow us to do late check out. However, it is 50 yuan per hour but it is acceptable for us. Anyway the location of this hotel is good. It is walkable distance from hotel to chunxi road and downstairs have 24 hours mart. One thing need to point out is the entrance to the hotel, at first we don't know where is the entrance but it is inside the gate then turn right. There is the lift to go to 3rd floor which is lobby. Hope this is helpful for the first time customer to this hotel.
