Floor in my room broken and very old. Designed like motel. There are small breakfast buffet and they didn’t refill the food even timing was running on schedule. From all hotel of my trip that I stayed in Chengdu. Here was the worst for me.
If you wanna stay here pls find the name of hotel “Yourtel Hotel” Not Theme hotel. It is located next to orange hotel.

Family of 2 adults and 2 kids - initially given a corner family room full of defects (dirty walls/leaking ceiling stain/peeling wall/cosmetic defects in shower area). Reception staff was very apologetic and immediately upgraded us to a much bigger smart family room with electronic curtains and light systems. Although instructions were unclear on how to use it, we were very pleased with the new arrangement. Location of hotel was bit far but still managed to walk to shopping street.

In a building with more than one hotel, reception is easy to find though. Kind and fast service. Room with a great view of the city and quite a few amenities (Bluetooth built-in speakers, Japanese toilet). Comfortable mattress. Pretty close to the metro station and conveniently close to the city center (tianfu square). Would stay again for great value for money.

Lovely room; worlds most comfortable bed! Staff were nice and willing to help - although, I booked this hotel because they said they had bilingual staff. No one could speak English; this was disappointing as I’d hope to ask for travel advice. Hotel is a short drive to the Peoples Park, the Monastery and DuFu’s Thatched Cottage.
Staff were happy to hold our bags for us after we checked out, however on collection they tried to charge me 15¥ because a face cloth had some makeup on it; which is ridiculous. That’s what they’re for?! This rather soured our experience here.
Overall, clean, good location, comfortable - just be careful about extra expenses they may try swindle from you.
