Atour Hotel (Chengdu Tongzilin and South Railway Station)

This atour is more spacious than the Beijing atours we stayed at. Our one night stay included breakfast and was a buffet style breakfast with a wide selection. I really like that atour isn't stingy with giving water. The room was clean and comfortable.

Great hotel for a night. Very convenient location. Only confusing thing is there was no sign saying what floor the lobby is on. I only found it on the 3rd floor by following a Meituan delivery guy. Breakfast was great!

Room was really large and comfortable

I had to change hotels at very short notice to avoid being close to a Covid-19 medium-risk area so I chose this Atour near the South Railway station because I trust Atour's standards and professionalism. Although this is a smaller Atour hotel than others I have stayed in, it is still very well run, the staff are professional, friendly and helpful and everything was fine. My room looked lovely, it was clean and dry and everything worked perfectly as you would expect in an Atour hotel. I never ate in the hotel so I can't comment on the food. Also, because the local Covid situation was escalating at the time, the restaurant had to be closed and the staff told me that simpler meals would be brought to guests' rooms. All I would say is, if you are used to Atour hotels, just be prepared that this is a smaller Atour hotel than you might be used to. And if you are a tourist wanting to be close to the main tourist locations, you might want to carefully check the location (and remember, there are metros not too far away which will help). Overall, I am happy to recommend this hotel and I would consider booking a stay here again.
