The stay experience was perfect! The hotel staff are warm and considerate, always smiling and making you feel at ease. The room is spacious and bright, with excellent lighting, clean and impeccable. Every detail shows the hotel's care, from decoration to supplies, everything demonstrates quality. The atmosphere is warm and comfortable, just like home. I will definitely choose here next time.

I have never stayed in such a bad hotel. It is listed as West Bank but is actually a copycat of Xi'an. The reasons are as follows.
1. When we arrived at the hotel at 3:30, they actually said that the room was still being cleaned.
2. On the first day I checked in, there was no mineral water in the room. I forgot about it after I asked.
3. The bath water is hot and cold, and you will either burn to death or freeze to death.
4. There wasn’t even a piece of soap in the room, so I couldn’t even shave.

酒店位置很好，酒店交通很方便，房間設施挺好的，房間非常乾淨整潔，床墊非常柔軟舒適，房間熱水來得也快，東西都比較齊全，房間有配農夫山泉礦泉水，服務挺好的，前台小妹妹很用心，服務態度好，期待下次入住，洗衣服方便，還能烘乾，非常棒!下次入住還選這裏。
