Great service from check in. Wonderful huge room with hot tub and river view. Lovely breakfast buffet and dinner which was great value for money. Swimming pool and fitness facilities are second to none. Next to the hotspring and river walks.

來玩仙人掌音樂節，離得近就這家酒店是五星，隨手一訂，結果還挺驚喜的。雖然五一人多，但接待流程有條不紊，還給免費升級了房型，圖一是窗外景色，很治癒。房間大，浴缸可以容納兩個人了。小許服務態度特別好。

位置&周邊環境&大堂:
酒店在温江，地理位置稍微偏一點，但樓下有江安河，周邊綠化不錯，挺安靜，適合放鬆休息。大堂寬敞明亮，屬於五星級應該有的水準。
房間:
前台給升級了套房，房間設施不錯，面積挺大，大浴缸、兩個洗手枱、獨立衣帽間可以滿足一家人的需求；落地大玻璃窗可以給到很棒的觀景視野。衞生方面也比較到位，沒有發現明顯打掃不到位的地方。
服務：前台和行政酒廊的服務人員態度都不錯，很熱情，辦好入住之後還發了問候短訊，這點好評。但是樓層保潔就比較冷淡，完全不會主動問好。
健身房&行政酒廊：
健身房有氧和力量器械都有，毛巾礦泉水準備齊全，有氧器械都還配備着小電視，窗外景色也很棒。但就是機器全部是英文，雖然每個機器都寫了使用説明，但還是略難受。
行政酒廊挺寬敞的，人也不多，但是下午茶種類比較少。
不足:
1,早餐：早餐實屬一般。五一期間人多可以理解，但是作為酒店方應該有應急準備，本來品種就不多的早餐更是很多都沒有了，補充不及時，甚至熱牛奶都打不到。
2，個別樓層服務員冷眼看着你走過去也不會和客人打招呼。
3，房間沙發有污漬。
4，住宿期間阿姨房間清理不到位，補品補充不到位。
5，健身房的設備可以提供更詳細的使用説明就更好了。

成都温江喝喜酒，就選了這家老牌五星，大堂氣派，有五星風範。房間大小適中，雖然開業有些年了，設施維護的還行，但是智能化沒得，雨潵的水太小，電視衹能看直播無法投屏，有點跟不上時代了。
