Extremely Poor communication
I was made to deposit 200RMB after which I would be refunded upon checking out, little did I know that, common soap found in the room is being sold without being notified the very day I have to deposit the money. Meanwhile, I asked why the deposit and was just told for security guarantee purposes in an event of damaging a property.
Now it’s time to check out and asked for my 200RMB deposit, only to be given 156RMB .
Never again will I book that hotel.

The room was really nice, very convenient, friendly staff. They are very helpful and checkin was very quick. The location of this hotel is nice .. close to the many shopping places like the Global Center

The night shift receptionist was not nice. I was already very tired after driving back to Chengdu at 2:00 am, and my mood was very bad. I had stayed here for three consecutive days before and had a good impression, so I chose to stay another night this time. I asked for two bags from the front desk, but they only gave me one.

The hotel is really good for around 300. Both the facilities and the design are comparable to those of international chains. The bathroom provides disposable cushions, which is a bit beyond expectations. Not only that, but also provides care packages for women. It really does a good job in caring for women.
